I definitely recommend Time and Him are just right. It is very similar to when I fly towards you but came out a little bit before, it has a sweet high school romance story and a cute friend group. It is one of my favorite Chinese drama next to when I fly towards you so I definitely recommend it, and its just on YouTube so no subscriptions needed.
