With this movie, I was skeptical, because of the odd age difference, but the story is actually quite sweet and worth watching. Available on Amazon Prime
A random girl shows up at the home of another girl and asks about the woman who used to live there 50 years ago. They work together in trying to find out about the story of the woman and the stranger’s father. The two girls meet another friend and go on a journey to complete a song of the past and discover their history. Available on Amazon Prime
This movie was slow and a bit hard to get through, but it was very well paced. The ending was the best part, so don't stop in the middle.
A high school student has depression after losing her mother and pet dog. She goes through life not feeling much and just simply living, but she then meets a boy. The boy is strange, reckless, and most importantly enjoys movies. Together they go on small adventures in this dark toned story, and she finds reasons to live.
