Seo In Guk Lends his Voice for the OST of "Death's Game"

Actor Seo In Guk lends his voice for the OST of his upcoming fantasy thriller Death's Game. 

The upcoming TVING original series, Death's Game, is the story of Choi Yi Jae (Seo In Guk), a perennially unemployed man struggling in all spheres of life, who goes through the cycle of life and death 12 times as a punishment from Death (Park So Dam) before falling into hell.

As an avid fan of the original webtoon, Seo In Guk expressed, "I was drawn to the character of Yi Jae because he faces the boundary between life and death, shows a strong instinctive nature while having depth in emotional expression," commenting on why he chose this project and character.

He also emphasized the need for a well-defined characterization of Choi Yi Jae, who enters other people's bodies, ensuring the character's consistency amidst diverse circumstances. Collaborating extensively with the director, Seo In Guk recorded his performances during readings to build synchronization with other actors portraying Yi Jae.

With each of the 12 lives facing different circumstances, Death's Game promises a blend of high-octane thrill, melodrama, and exciting chase.  

Highlighting Yi Jae's struggle to survive while going back and forth between death and life as the central focus, Seo In Guk revealed the engaging aspect lies in Yi Jae's attempts to change his fate by making consequential choices throughout the story.

Seo In Guk also lent his voice for OST of Death's Game. Expressing gratitude to the director for the suggestion, he conveyed, "Having the opportunity to contribute to the OST for the series I'm a part of is immensely fulfilling." 

He further stated, "The song I sang is the ending song of our drama and is powerful and impactful. It has a different mood compared to previous OSTs I participated in, and I hope viewers will love it alongside the drama."

Death's Game will premiere on December 15. Global audiences can stream the K-drama on Prime Video.
