The upcoming KBS2 drama Love Song for Illusion unveiled its second teaser poster featuring the leads Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji.
Scheduled for release in January, Love Song for Illusion is based on a popular webtoon of the same name. It tells the story of a man with two contrasting personalities and a woman hiding a dark past.
The teaser poster shows Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji standing on a bridge facing each other. The drifting petals, soft moonlight, and the faint figures of the duo create a striking visual reminiscent of a painting.
The text on the poster reads, "Did you erase my memories?"
Park Ji Hoon will be seen playing the dual role of Prince Sajo Hyun and a fashion designer named Ak Hee. He conceals his true identity and works in a low-street clothing store.
Hong Ye Ji plays Yeon Wol, a descendant of a fallen dynasty who unknowingly becomes the prince's concubine while trying to kill the king to avenge her loved ones.
Joining Park Ji Hoon and Hong Ye Ji in the K-drama are Ji Woo (The First Responders), Kim Dong Won (Big Mouth, The Kidnapping Day), Shin Gi Hwan (Shadow Beauty), and Hwang Hee (Arthdal Chronicles, Doctor John, Tale of the Nine-Tailed), among others.
Fantasy Sonata is scheduled to air in January 2024. The K-drama will take over the time slot of the historical rom-com The Matchmakers.
