UKISS Lee Jun Young will be making a special cameo in the upcoming Netflix original series "Mask Girl."
This will be the second time that Lee Jun Young will make a special appearance in a Netflix original series. He first guest starred on the hit Netflix K-drama "D.P."
According to media outlet SPOTV News on November 10th, Lee Jun Young is confirmed to have a special participation in the upcoming k-drama "Mask Girl." There are no details yet on what character Lee Jun Young will portray in the series.
Lee Jun Young is currently starring in the series "May I Help You" with Lee Hye Ri, Song Deok Ho, Tae In Ho, Lee Kyu Han, and Oh Dae Hwan.
2023 will also be a busy year for the idol actor as he will lead the upcoming K-dramas "Royal Loader" and "Na Rae, Kicking Out." He will also join the upcoming movies "Brave Citizen," "The Wilderness," and "More Painful Than Sadness."
The upcoming Netflix originals series "Mask Girl" will be the latest work of director Kim Yong Hoon ("Beasts Clawing at Straws" and "Yoon Hee").
"Mask Girl" will depict the story of an ordinary office worker named Kim Mo Mi who has an appearance complex. At night, she works as an internet broadcaster who covers her face with a mask. She will get caught up in an unintended incident while working. The series will be based on the webtoon of the same name.
The upcoming series will be led by Go Hyun Jung, After School's Nana, Ahn Jae Hong, Yeom Hye Ran, and Choi Daniel.
"Mask Girl" already began filming early this year. The series will premiere in 2023. It will have a total of seven episodes and it will exclusively premiere globally on Netflix.
