The movie 30 Days, starring Kang Ha Neul and Alchemy of Souls actress Jung So Min, has confirmed its release date for October 3rd and has unveiled character posters and a teaser.
30 Days is a comedy film that tells the story of No Jung Yeol (Kang Ha Neul) and Hong Na Ra (Jung So Min), who lose their memories just 30 days before the end of their marriage.
The character posters from the movie emanate No Jung Yeol and Hong Na Ra's eccentricity. They look up at the sky with smiles, and the texts read "D-30 to Happiness" and "D-30 to Freedom".
The teaser shows the chaotic life of the married couple No Jung Yeol and Hong Na Ra and the unexpected twist it takes.
It starts with a beautiful shot of the couple posing for the wedding picture and Kang Ha Neul saying, "It was like a movie. It's still like a movie. Because the genre has changed to the thriller". The ambiance takes a turn, and we see the couple trash-talking each other. No Jung Yeol says, "They say God is fair. Instead of giving me intelligence and good looks, He threw that woman to me". Hong Na Ra says, "It's like a mosquito. No matter how hard I try to catch it, it still keeps showing up".
The next scene shows them bickering non-stop, and in the midst of their petty fight, they get into a car accident, after which they both lose their memories.
Following that, they become complete strangers to each other, forgetting all the sweet and bitter moments they shared, and starting anew just 30 days before their divorce.
As the teaser heads towards the conclusion, it shows Jung Yeol's weird smile and Na Ra's surprised expression, giving a glimpse of the rib-tickling comedy that guarantees to make the viewers cry tears of laughter.
