Ji Chang Wook, Girls Generation's Choi Soo Young, and Sung Dong Il are confirmed to lead the upcoming drama "Tell Me Your Wish."

On September 28th, it was announced that the main leads for the upcoming drama "Tell Me Your Wish" are confirmed. The production started filming on September 27th.

"Tell Me Your Wish" will be directed by Kim Yong Wan and written by Baek Mi Kyung. The drama was inspired by an actual foundation that grants the last wishes of terminal patients in the Netherlands. In the drama, a young man who has experienced several life struggles enters a hospice due to a community service order. He became a hospital staff and helps fulfill the last wishes of people who are at the end of their lives. 

Ji Chang Wook will play the role of Yoon Gyeo Re. He's barely holding on with his life and doesn't have much desire to live. Choi Soo Young will play the role of Seo Yeon Joo, a hospice nurse. Her presence gives hope to the patients. Sung Dong Il takes on the role of Kang Tae Shik, a volunteer at the hospital.

"Tell Me Your Wish" will be produced by Climax Studio ("D.P.") and A&E Networks Korea will invest in the production.

This drama will be Ji Chang Wook's second series to film this year. He filmed for the upcoming drama "The Sound of Magic" with Hwang In Yeop. The actor previously starred in the 2020 drama "Lovestruck in the City" with Kim Ji Won, Kim Min Seok, So Ju Yeon, Han Ji Eun, and Ryu Kyung Soo.

This drama will be Choi Soo Young's follow-up project after "Run On." She was supposed to star in the drama "Accidental Country Diary" with Jang Geun Suk but the production fell through. 

Lastly, Sung Dong Il is booked and busy with three upcoming dramas. First, he will star in the soon-to-air series "Jirisan" with Jun Ji Hyun and Joo Ji Hoon. Then, he will film for the dramas "Tell Me Your Wish" and "The Ghost Doctor."
