One is about Di Ren Jie, the other is about the disciple of Di Ren Jie, Su Wu Ming and Lu Ling Feng.

Set during the Tang Dynasty, this series follows two officials as they unravel a series of mysterious and supernatural events, blending historical intrigue with detective work.
Lu Ling Feng, general of the Jin Wu guards was tasked to investigate these strange cases, but finds himself having to work together with his strongest opponent in Su Wu Ming, the disciple of Di Ren Jie.

They are both ancient detective dramas where a team led by two lead detectives investigate mysterious cases.

Pledge of Allegiance is similar to Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty because they both have the same themes: wuxia, historical, suspense, with hints of romance

Never Wronged is produced by the same company as Strange Tales of Tang Dynasty, GHY Culture and Media. Its also a detective drama consists of 8 mystery cases to solve. Difference is it set in the Republican era. Will be released next year.

Both focus on solving mysterious crimes with supernatural premises. The camera style and execution are similar. And both have an eerie and spooky tone.

We have two male leads . Both are smart and can fight . It involves solving mysteries / cases.
There are female leads , the female leads introduced are a bit quite different from Silent criminal but it’s fine .
Both have suspicion around the emperor

Deep Lurk has fast paced plot, everyone is smart and scheming, not to say most of them are secret agents and have double identity, haha..

Its also so trilling, so many strategies, traps and actions... little talk.

It has many mysteries to be solved just like Sword Snow Stride, just in different era.

If you like brain burning drama, try it out, you will definitely love it ?

Both shows are focused on solving mysterious and strange cases in a historical setting. The main leads are male with jobs in the ministry of crime/punishments. There are multiple detective stories all tied up by a larger overarching story which is solved in the finale. There is little to no romance in both shows.

High-quality period detective drama with a similarly small, focused cast, tight plot, and case-solving structure.

TEP had the folk fantasy elements that SToTD promised. Their similarities in this sense lie mostly within the first case of SToTD, including...

Both shows are set in Tang dynasty, and are investigation of supernatural cases. Stunning visuals and great performances. Shouldn’t miss both.
