Acting/Cast: All experienced actors and actresses. Directing wonderfully done. Movie well paced with no obvious gaps in the story-telling. Also - who can say no to a suave, handsome, mysterious and at times, brooding looking Wang Leehom? I'll like to see you try!
Music: Nice & sweet. Music suits the movie but nothing that will be a big hit anytime soon.
Rewatch value: This is one of those easy to watch movie that will find its way to your collections of DVDs/Blu-Rays. Certainly a high re-watch value.
Overall: Highly recommended. An excellent weekend or holiday movie that will live up to its promise to entertain.

Zhang Ziyi and Leehom are looking good together in this movie and they portrayed their characters perfectly. There was a time when I laughed so loud that the other flight passengers were looking at me, their acting was that good. The story line still can manage to get your attention, thanks to the main lead.
Since I watched this in a flight (noise everywhere) so I can't comment much on the aspect of music, but really, this movie is very enjoyable even without the sound effects.
If you want to watch something light in a free time, this movie can serve that purpose. Or if you want to watch Zhang Ziyi in one of her best comedic roles, give this movie a try. She is not going to use her usual martial arts to beat the bad guy, but she will do witty things to beat them!

Wow, apparently a lot has changed in 10 years. The clothing, the hairstyles, etc. To me, this movie seemed very outdated. To be honest, maybe I would have liked it more if I'd been in a different frame of mind, but I just didn't enjoy it. The FL was portrayed as a loser in life, not very bright, which bothered me. I didn't feel the chemistry between the leads.I will say, if you just want something campy, over-the-top, light and silly, you might enjoy this. Turn your brain off, sit back and enjoy.

The acting was great and you had to fall in love with the quirky main lead from the beginning. It showes the real world, while also giving it the beloved spy and action twist.
It really is only a movie for people that love some klishee in my opinion. But if you do, you find yourself having a great movie to finish up a stressfull day, that leaves you smiling and wishing to be part of it.
I'd totally recommend it and yes, I will definitly rewatch it at some point.
