Both drama character have some sort of supernatural power - telepathy &psychokinesis.
Both ML lost their memories when they were young.
Both the drama consist of mystery and investigation.
Both FL work as cops.

There are strong elements of mystery in Grid and Miraculous Brothers. As the story goes on, it presents more clues to the viewer about the main plot and like a puzzle, the main picture reveals itself on piece after another

Both dramas involve time travel and murder mystery.... more over the feel is kind of similar in both along with some bromance...
Apart from that the plot in MB also includes superpowers...

Crime and mind-reading at the same time. It's too soon to tell if there's going to be (any kind of) romance, but I guess every 16 eps drama is doomed to have it.

Both dramas involve police procedures but the leads are outside the profession, contributing hints to the investigations.

Mind-reading MLs, some legal troubles involving main characters, some police investigations also involved.
There might be some romance in the future, too soon to tell.

MLs can - among other things - stop time and move around on their own. Both seem to come from different 'verses or different times than the core one.

Also, superpowers - regular superpowers in MB, more like over-human powers in W2W.

Both good bromance between a younger and older character. Mystery, hidden secrets/pasts, solving investigation(s) together. Both have fantasy elements and humor to help soften all the angst!

Contains the similar angst of two brothers separated for many years due to a traumatic event in the past, and eventually reuniting in the present with troubling choices made by one. MB includes a time travel element where the younger brother leaps forward in time and has some telepathic powers, but the focus of the drama is on uncovering the mystery of multiple murders going back to the key event in the past that separated the brothers. Not as psychological as Hello Monster but definitely closer than many of the recommended dramas. I enjoyed MB thoroughly and highly recommend as it presents the emotional drama and the police procedural/detective aspect very well.

These dramas are both about a crime that is depicted in a book and their emotional scenes are very well done
