Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Dumb
The legal show deals with some very serious issues like sexual harassment, bullying, and child abuse, but the drama can't figure out whether it is a romantic comedy or a legal drama with romance. As a lawyer, Yuri acted like a hysterical and unbalanced teenager who threw temper tantrums and started physical fights. She was supposed to be a strong woman, but she acted like a screeching hyena yelling every time she was faced with adversity. Every episode was filled with her yelling at something or at someone. And, OMG, her overacted crying was like watching a 5 y/o throwing a tantrum in a toy store.
The constant yelling was so annoying that it was hard to take her or the show seriously. Did the writers honestly think it was an appropriate way to portray a strong female character? And it wasn't just Yuri who behaved like that, Jeong Ho did the same. Both of them spent the majority of their time bickering about some stupid crap, yelling, and cursing. Everyone's behavior was rude and tacky, making the characters annoying and unlikable.
It wasn't only the constant screaming, the writers purposely put the characters into situations where they acted ridiculously. In episode 8, Yuri unintentionally ate a bunch of marijuana rice cakes and behaved like a clown. So now, we had characters who perpetually acted stupid in a story about lawyers. Oh boy.
Finally, the show would've been more believable if Yuri opened her own practice and got Jeong Ho to work with her, them being childhood friends at all. Running a coffee shop while doing legal work, and presumably not getting paid, was a pretty silly plot idea. A hard pass.

Must watch! Delightful, warm, funny & romantic
Would rate this as one of the best legal romcom this year! I like it even better than Business Proposal and Extraordinary Att Woo.Well mix of romance, humour, life stories and messages like consent, stalking/obsession, bullying, family issues- all very relatable themes infused inside the drama and some themes foreshadow the main couple’s issues which were a nice touch. Pace was good, nothing felt too longdrawn, luckily the main issue/misunderstanding was resolved in 1-2 episodes. The series never lose its overarching theme of the love between the 2 leads and it was shown bit by bit right fr ep 1.
And LSG and LSY really have awesome chemistry together! Loved the character development of both and despite their bickering and differences, how caring & respectful they are always towards each other esp the ML who is always so careful (too careful haa). ML character is a total green flag, kudos to LSG for his portrayal of a swoon-worthy & charismatic ML (much needed after his previous psycho drama), and his eyes…gosh. He always seem so proud and in love with her.
In ep 11 when he finally confessed his 17 yrs of love, it was one of the most touching scenes ever.
LSY was great as the FL, no damsel in distress yay, equally strong if not stronger, stand up to injustice, took the lead most of the times in expressing affection which is such a refreshing change. And she is so funny! Don’t recall her in any comedy previously but she was so natural here!
Their intimate scenes together- can I say this was so much better than a similar one in Business Proposal (which was a great drama) but that scene felt awkward while in Law Cafe, the kissing scenes of the 2 leads really felt natural and can tell their yearning for each other. Kudos again to the professionalism and experience of the leads and the crew working behind scenes to capture all these.
Supporting cast - loved all the supporting cast as well esp 12 whereby the umbrella signifies we all need support systems around us.
OST - all the songs are beautifully sang and fit the different scenes so well…. been listening daily.
Hope the drama ends on a good note and wins the awards it deserves year end.
Once again, a must watch if you want a feel good, funny, touching rom-com with lots of sizzling chemistry between the 2 eye candy leads! Will definitely watch again after the whole series end.

the best drama
I love this drama because it isn't typical romcom. They also shown very important issues from life.Acting of Lee Seung Gi as former prosecutor now the joblless building owner, gennius is superb, Lee Se Young character is "to much" as should be :), and suport actors are great: older ladys from Eunha club, barista and part-time employee of Law Cafe.
In the same time you can laugh, cry and be angry.
The music, OST from this drama is also very vell choosen. And we can't forget the great Eunha Band with Lee Seung Gi vocal.

Great and Hot Chemistry from LSG and LSY
I just love all of them from main lead to all support cast. The characters are so funny, a light very comfortable, romance, comedy and legal drama.
It has a bit suspense as most romantic comedies. A legal drama, they will eventually team up together to fight crime, solve their neighboors legal concerns, bickering and fall in love. They team up to bring down Dojon Constructions.
Im sniggering everytime they kiss, a sexy and hot kissing scenes.
Lee SeYoung and Lee Seung Gi are doing great job, their hot and great chemistry. This two are in sync.
I love the outfit and beauty of Lee SeYoung and a gentleman and pretty man of Lee Seung Gi.
A great balance between romance, drama and sad and laughing moments.
I hope another series for the two LSY and LSG.

The Law Cafe is a must watch!
The Law Cafe's so good, each episode just keeps on getting better and better. The romance between the leads is so wholesome and comforting. The emotions they have for each other are so pure and real that anyone watching cheers for them. There are also many life lessons in each episode ranging from child abuse by parents to bullying, this show even has a whole episode on 'consent' in the show which is so rare for a kdrama.
I absolutely love the mature writing, aesthetic cinematography and the brilliant acting by Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young, they make me fall in love with Kim Jung Ho and Kim Yu Ri every monday and tuesday. I can't wait for more episodes anyone reading this should definitely try it, it's absolutely worth it and I'm not being biased just trust me.???

best romcom of 2022
The concept of Law Cafe is to help people solving their issues before bringing to the court. It deals with the issues around us, such as noise, children abuse, school bullying, ... there are a lot of heart warming stories while they help people solving their problems. The theme is to let every client walk away from the the Law Cafe with a smile on their face. The chemistry between male and female leads is super. Especially their love sotry is beautiful and touching. It's not a typical legal drama with many court scenes but it provides people with good hints to think about the issues in depth.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
It isn't my cup of tea
I've been anticipating this drama from the first casting news is out. How can I miss Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young's drama? They're both great actors with amazing acting skills and experienced in many popular drama. But, even with the great actors as the main leads, I can't seem to sit still and enjoying the rest of the drama because I feel bored.I hate to admit that I dislike Kim Yuri's character (Lee Se Young) here. In my point of view she isn't very likeable FL. She is smart, she works and practice in law but she is so reckless even though she has good heart and willing to help others.
For the plot, at first, they try to make the viewers curious about what happened in FL's past and they try to make every legal case in the plot very light, relatable and heartwarming. But, those become my problems, I expect they will show some serious legal case and adding some romance between the two leads while working the case together. But what I get that there are too much romance, and light legal cases. So yeah, this drama isn't my cup of tea.

Best comedic moments in a kdrama
TL;DR: The comedy scenes are outstanding, and worth re-watching. The romance and legal parts are uneven (some good, some blah). The series becomes good from episode 4 on (though the first 3 episodes have many funny moments, so I'd recommend at least watching those). Full disclosure: I'm a fan of LSG, so my review may be somewhat biased. This series tries to be 3 things at the same time: a romance, a comedy, and a legal drama. Of the 3, it is by far the most successful in its comedic moments. The lines are genuinely funny, and the two leads have perfect timing. I first saw them in Hwayugi (A Korean Odyssey), and thought that they carried that drama, despite LSY having only a supporting role. Their scenes together in Hwayugi were hilarious because of their acting (the lines weren't that great). Imagine how much more effective they are here, with original jokes that are often surprising. LSG, in particular, shines in comedy. His monologues left me in stitches.
The romance is uneven: some moments are touching, others are the usual tropes. Even though both actors are experts at eye-acting, I was rarely caught up in those scenes. The notable exception is the last scene of episode 5, where LSG's acting made me cry. But mostly, I see the actors delivering cheesy lines, rather than their characters being in love (though LSY is usually more convincing than LSG). Your mileage may vary. I'm mostly cynical about romance scenes. I will say, however, that I liked the moments that are both funny and romantic, and those saved the romance for me.
The legal drama is, again, uneven. The setup is interesting: it looks at everyday issues and doesn't rely on courtroom showdowns, but rather on a combination of legalese, common sense, and wacky solutions from the leads. However, some cases are 'solved' too conveniently. In particular, a showdown between the leads and the requisite Evil Corporation takes less than an episode, half of it is off-screen, and it's really anti-climactic (after a build-up that led us to believe that it's a David vs. Goliath fight). I am withholding judgment, though, since we're only 6 episodes in at the time of this review, and more legal fights with Evil Corporation are on the horizon.
Overall, the drama has a great cast: not just the leads, but virtually every recurring actor is impressive. All of them have comedic chops, which is great, since all of them (even the evil guys) have funny lines. The OST is also good and matches the scenes well.
Where the drama limps is in the script and directing. This seems to be the writer's first full series, and her inexperience shows. She is trying to balance too many things. Her forte, in my view, is comedy. The romance, not so much. In interviews, LSG said that he and LSY diverged from the script to make their characters more realistic. There is an "episode 0" with scenes that were changed in the broadcast, and if that's an example of the original script, then I can only applaud LSG's initiative. However, I do give the writer credit for juggling so many different requirements in one drama. The director, otoh, *is* experienced, so I was surprised at the rushed pacing and bad editing in episodes 1 and 3. Episode 3, in particular, feels like two episodes condensed into one. But episodes 4-6 are significantly better, so I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.
Despite some weaknesses, this drama has me waiting impatiently for each new episode, and for this reason I'm rating it a 10.

The cinematography is so good.the set is also nice. All the supporting characters are interesting too,so many seniors actor joining this drama such as Jang Hye Jin (Parasite) and Jo Han chul( hometown cha cha cha, vincenzo).its adapted from a popular webtoon love according to law,but actually the scripwriter develop their own story,so its kinda different and unpredictable.Cant wait for episode 5!Must watch!!

BINGE-WORTHY & REFRESHINGLY FUN
This definitely is a refreshing drama for both Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young who came from heartbreaking dramas. I've wanted to see them lead a drama eversince I watched them in Hwayugi, their chemistry and comedic banters were just too fun to watch! Both the lead actors have perfect timing when it comes to their punchlines, nothing is overdone. THEIR EYE-ACTING IS SUPERB. All the cliche's are present, but it's not at all annoying, you actually look forward to it because it's the perfect mix of healing + romance rolled into one.
Supporting cast is amazing as well, the senior actors carry their roles very well. The rookies are mixing well with the entire cast. Plus the OST is as lovely and fun as it gets. Everything just works for TLC. Praying for the overall success of THE LAW CAFE!

Refreshing
Aside from the stellar performance by both leads, The Law Cafe is a refreshing romcom with values. It deals with everyday issues with legal takes on it but without having it burden to the viewers with courtroom scenes. The comedic and romantic aspects of this drama are naturally conveyed without looking like they're trying too much, all thanks to Seyoung and Seunggi on and off camera chemistry. A must watch ??????Oh, for those who forgot who the female lead is, she's the zombie in Hwayugi. Thank you ?
