"The Beauty of Unconventional Storytelling in Till The End of The Moon"
Till The End of The Moon is a drama that challenges traditional storytelling and captivates its audience with an unconventional approach. The creative and excellent storyline, amazing cast and team, fitting songs, improved CGI, and beautiful cinematography make this production a top-notch masterpiece. The faster pacing and less draggy moments enhance the viewing experience, but due to censorship restrictions, some important details were taken off, leading to confusing events with no depth explanations. Moreover, the romance of the leads lacked a strong foundation, leaving the audience unfulfilled. However, this drama's real beauty lies in its unique approach to storytelling. The characters, especially TanTaiJin, are portrayed with depth and complexity that challenges viewers to think outside the box. The actors and actresses gave their all, and it shows in their portrayal of three couples playing different roles. LuoYunXi, in particular, deserves recognition for his outstanding performance in expressing himself differently through his eyes as three different characters. If you're ready for a rollercoaster ride of unconventional storytelling, Till The End of The Moon is the perfect drama for you.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Xianxia always brings a mix of emotions.
The last time i got hooked with Xianxia is with Ashes of Love and that shit was such a long time ago. I knew what I was gonna be in the moment I started TTEOM.But the difference with TTEOM is that the way its written is too good to be compared to AOL. AOL was a legend of its time but for me TTEOM has went over what AOL has reached. From the casting, story, VFX, and OST is just too perfect that it goes together without any doubt.
As a writer myself, I do love writing sad and bittersweet endings because it just sucks the living soul of the readers that they'd want to re-live your characters in their own ways and that itself is a success for us writers.
As much as I am hurt with the ending of this series, I am pretty much satisfied with it. It gave me a closure with the characters and I think the writers and the producers did a very good job in doing that.
I am still emotional while writing this but I really am gonna miss everyone in this series.

The best Chinese Drama Of the year
Initially , i only Saw the visual of the cast of this film, who were very beautiful and handsome. Luo Yun Xi as Tantai Jin. Love him so much ❤️Bailu as Ye Xiwu very beautiful and cute. I was interested to download Youku and be VIP Member for watching it. The storyline was easy to understand even though it went back and forth. The ending also according to expectation because the core of the story is love and sacrifice.
Pleace watching it at Netflix, you Will not regret, cause i think this is the best Chinese Drama of the year. Hopefully, at the future , there Will be another drama like that. Btw, Im from Indonesia, make an account for review this drama, cause i can't login at weibo and support my idol.

BEST ANGSTY XIANXIA DRAMA EVER BUT.....
FOUR WEDDING, FOUR HEARTBREAKS??I'm not really a fan of angst drama but I watch this drama only bc of my girl Bailu❤...
I'm big fan of bailu.. Lyx and bl chemistry ?one of the cp in cdrama land...
TTEOTM is my most anticipated drama bc Bailu ❤...LYX indeed costume god he perfectly fit for this role no one can portray the TTJ character as him... And MY god of war that fight scene are sooo EPIC never seen such a fight in xianxia drama...
As a Bailu fan I'm disappointed with that production team editing team... Bailu is known for her versatile acting she is the best but they edit out most of her scene..
She is a goddess but they not give her better fight scene and little screen time Even in that little appearance of Lulu she perfectly Potrary 3 character in different way
Starting of this show was perfect fast pace and interesting story line but in middle part they totally mess up the plot writer totally ruined LSS character ... Stupid writer both ttj &yxw learn sacrifice each other for love from my &sj but not learn that misunderstanding causes everything ☹️☹️
Even I really like this drama only because of the cast LYX&BL both of them chemistry is on ??

An iconic, creative Xianxia
Finally a refreshing, thought-provoking show that respects its adult audience (ML is not a goody two shoes/FL is not childish). I had a blast watching! Really appreciate how it introduces morally grey characters on the premise that regardless of your background, you are ultimately who you choose to be. YBC/TH manipulated people using honorable reputation. GYJW/SJ started as innocent but succumbed to desires. XL/MY abandoned their loved ones for peace. YQY/LSS did bad things for good causes. PR/SY sacrificed themselves despite being demons. And oof TTJ/CJM underwent such an immense development I can hardly think of a more complex character. He changed from being a vindictive, emotionless schemer to saving the world in a benevolent, selfless way.I was getting tired of all the "love conquers all", "karma knows best" or "good vs. evil" tropes. Feelings are fleeting. Reality is unfair. And life is not always black and white.
Last but not least, unbeatable chemistry between the leads omg. 0 dead fish kisses. Too bad we lost some eps due to airing restrictions but definitely an iconic, creative xianxia!

One of the Best Xianxia drama out there
This is my first time writing a review. I apologize in advance for any mistakes here.Honestly, if there's one thing that I did which I'll never regret in my life (considering I've got my exams 24 days from now) is watching this drama.
Though, this is my first review( for which I specifically opened an account over here) I've watched quite a few dramas before, but none made me want to create an account, just so I could let others know about it. That's how much power this drama holds over me.
Trust me,folks, this is one of the best dramas out there, hands down.
The plot is gonna make you hooked from the first episode, you'll fall in love with something unexpected, you'll feel like you grow with the characters, you will learn about how everything evil isn't borne out of it, but is made to be.
The costumes are one of the finest, that I've ever seen in any cdramas, the ost, music everything is upto the point.
This is not gonna waste your time, trust me.
And if you've heard a lot of people, judging the ending, hear me out...everything doesn't go as we wish them to do, even though I so badly wished that it didn't end the way that it did, I couldn't accept it, not now nor anytime soon, it's just the way it is, should have been. That was a beautifully tragic ending and it wouldn't really make sense with any other ending.
Of course, I agree there were many loopholes and things which weren't explained at the end, it may even seem rushed, but not everything can be upto the point.
I feel like the director did a very good job, irrespective of these all, it was a fantastic drama, worth spending my time even when I have my exams coming soon.
And I'll definitely rewatch it again after my exam ends and I get over the emotional trauma (hopefully) lol
Hope this helps, my beautiful drama fam
Love ya'all peeps, see you soon <3

Never Say Goodbye to such an excellent Masterpiece…
Forgive me if this review was done improperly as this was my very first. This was based on my honest thoughts so there may have some disagreements. Lastly, I believed a drama is based on preference (just like food). There isn’t a good or bad drama. Just preference. Oh, excuse me for my grammar errors as well.Till The End of The Moon clearly is a production which filled with creative and excellent storyline, amazing cast/ team, songs with lyrics that fit the story, improved computer-generated imagery and beautiful cinematography. To me this is a top-notch drama with acting in another level. Faster pacing and less draggy most of the time. However, as the censorship rule was implemented, I heard from 56 episodes were reduced to 40 episodes. Due to unforeseen circumstances, there are also downsides to content with. Too much important details were removed. I feel that events were pushing the story along with no depths explanation. The flow was easy to understand yet there were details that linked to these events were not presented may ended up confusing. The romance of the leads was not touching, satisfying and moving. Many will root for the couple but it will never leave a deep and good impression. I believed if they had set a stronger foundation for the love to grow in the early episodes, the drama would be more fulfilling to watch. But it was suppose to be set in such a way that I think it was unfair of me to point this out. Sorry. I did not agree with how the makeup was done but again, there was a reason behind why was done such a way, that I shall not comment further. The drama didn't reveal which direction the ending will lead to, ended many query until the very end. I know many may not agree with the ending but this was an appropriate ending which fit the story. If you keep an open mind, there may had been dropping hints that it was the ending which you have been looking for.
This is one of the very few dramas that I am deeply invested in especially few of the characters. TanTaiJin is one. I love the way they set the story where many of us tend to think out of the box. For example, why right or left eye shed more tears than the other. I love that part. I was reminded by a viewer which took me whole night to analyze it even though I roughly already have an answer to the question. The story will always encourage you to think and to analyse. All the actors/ actresses took their roles seriously. Three couples need to play different roles. They were excellent in portraying their roles. I feel that I can see how these roles were portrayed differently. Especially LuoYunXi, he was amazing. He was able to express differently with his eyes for three different characters…. Expressive eyes/ soulful eyes. There were differences when he was portraying TanTaiJin and CangJiuMin (note:- same person) as well. Hats off to you dear LuoYunXi.
If you decide to join us for this roller coaster ride, I hope you will enjoy every moment of it.

The best Chinese Drama for me
Really love the plot, the casts and most especially the acting of Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi. Their acting is really superb and their chemistry is undeniably satisfying. Both are amazing actors with good personality. Really enjoyed all their dramas together. Hope to see them again in another drama. ???????????.It's really sad that this drama has finally ended. It would have been better if the drama was at least divided into two seasons so we could have watch its longer and better version.
More projects for these two please. I wish more directors would offer them more drama to where they can show more of their acting skills.

Ten thousand years, three lifetimes, one love story
Honestly, I started following this only for the cast. Then, I read the premise and it became very clear that the character which would have traditionally been a villain is the main character here. It gave a strong indication that this will be a heart wrenching slow burn with a plot that won't necessarily be simple. The show doesn't divert from the plot at any point of time. The story is complex with room for character development.
The third pairing caught me off guard here. I didn't expect Sun Zhenni to be this good. She appeared as the seductress her character was perfectly. Ye Qingyu was a smart guy as a general but he was uneducated in matters of the heart. He stood no chance against Pian Ran.
Xiao Lin and Ye Bingchang: not of fan what she did, but I could understand why she was the way she was. Had we had the original 56 eps, we could have had the opportunity to explore them further.
Now, the leads. It was clear that it will be Tan Tai Jin's character which will make or break the show. Luo Yunxi nailed the acting with subtle changes overtime as his character evolved. The character himself was complex beyond compare and sometimes, he changed for the worse and the story was all the better for it. He fell for Ye Xiwu before he even started to form love threads. He didn't know that he felt sad when she jumped off the ship. He even risked his life using the World alluring jade. It was clear that he already cared for her deeply.
Li Susu, started with a deep hatred for Tan Tai Jin. She had no qualms whipping him or punishing him as Ye Xiwu. But very soon, she sees that underneath his cold mask, lay a man who needed warmth. She unconsciously fell for him and even though she lied that liked him, she herself didn't how quickly this lie was becoming the truth. She tried to keep TTJ happy and alive for her mission, but the reason became love little by little. As Li Susu, when all their debts had been settled, she gave love another chance wholeheartedly, letting go of her hatred for him completely.
It was actually after Bo'Re Fu Sheng that they had an epiphany about love and decided to accept their feelings. While LSS did everything for her mission, it is undeniable that she liked him. TTJ already figured that he liked her and took his time teasing her. However, everything went to hell in the episodes following that. I was not in the right state to meet people for hours after 25-26.
The way TTJ goes crazy after YXW dies was beautiful. Personally, one of my favourite things about the show.
The cast was absolutely perfect, especially the leads. TTJ and LSS couldn't have had better actors. The others were fairly well too, but they hadn't been given a lot of screen time.
I used to think that the best actor in C-ent was Xiao Zhan, and the gap between #1 and #2 was really huge. But that was until I saw Luo Yunxi. He brought the character alive, he had seven different types of get-ups and everyone looked different from each other, the way they walk, talk and even look at others. I couldn't believe that two characters had the same face even when they were in the same frame.
Bai Lu has outdone herself this time. As the evil Sang Jiu, she truly shone. She captured the essence of all three characters perfectly.
The chemistry was on fire! There are barely any good kissing scenes in C-Dramas, but this one? My screen steamed up sometimes when they were just looking at each other. I was wondering at so many points how it passed the censorship.
The costumes were done diligently and the props were beautiful. Even the hairstyles changed with changes in characters and story. The details in clam tribe costumes were to die for. I want to get married wearing Sang Jiu's wedding dress. Dressing the characters in Bo'Re Fu Sheng in Dunhuang culture was the best decision after the cast. They looked so ethereal.
The graphics scream money. Although I feel that this may be problem of my streaming quality, but the graphics at a lot of points were fuzzy and unclear in comparison to The starry Love. The graphics of TTEOTM lacked the clarity in a lot of places nailed by the Starry love despite being more creative and used more extensively.
The direction was impeccable. That's it, no other words for it.
The fight scenes are mind blowing, especially the one between Ming Ye the OG Devil God. Honestly, it's a crime that we didn't get to see more of the golden eyed Mo Shen, the little snippets aren't enough, I'd happily die at his hands.
The OST: the show starts with a strong number by Liu Yuning. The Organ is an interesting instrument and it fit the song perfectly. The best intro since LBFAD, a mirror of the show. It was TTJ's heart in words. The ending theme Hei Yue Guang(black moonlight, is a play on the phrase Bai Yue Guang)white moonlight), as the latter means an unattainable love while latter means a love that is also unattainable, but it is destined to have a bad ending. It is also a homage to the novel's title.
The album is huge and no song feels repetitive. The lyrics don't disappoint and neither do the production and vocals. There is no song more suitable than Yue Jin Wu Sheng to listen to whilst watching TTJ search for YXW's soul for five centuries.
Till The End of The Moon will be worth every second of your time, every smile and every tear you shed. But it is not everyone's cup of tea either. It is pretty dark as compared with its peers, maybe even The Untamed. If you're looking for a fluffly romance with a side of pain, go for LBFAD or even Destined, for rom-com- The starry love is a good choice. But, this show is unlike any I have ever seen in C-ent. So, be prepared.
And I hope that you don't give it a bad rating simply because it was too dark for your liking or the open ending. I hope you give this the rating it deserves.

A metaphor to steal your heart
This drama is a gem, in my opinion the best of 2023 , hands down. An adult, mature, intriguing Chinese historical xianxia drama. Those only looking for sweetness or healthy things should refrain to watch it, and avoid it .Here we have a totally unhealthy, toxic, abusive, negative relationship able to evolve, growing until it becomes pure, true and sincere.
it is a human story, made up of mistakes, feelings, betrayals, joy and pain. But what I love most is the concrete representation of the various characters. There is no clear distinction between good and evil, good or bad deeds. "A weapon can kill and it can also save a person". This sentence literally sums up the whole story.
Tantai Jin is an apathetic boy, who lacks any human feeling, who chooses to use demonic powers for revenge. it is Susu, as Ye Xiwu, who sets him on the right path. He is the one I preferred, without brakes, capable of total love and total hate. In the drama he has certain extent, because he is capable of anything. I loved that both in the novel and in the drama, he pushes himself to certain limits, but he always manages to stop in respect of others (as long as they are people who are close to him).
Susu is a character I love, focused on the mission, but rational and kind-hearted. She knows how to distinguish between good and evil, she knows how to understand, act and defend. She goes so far as to deny her own feelings for her mission. She knows their romance is doomed to tragedy, and she tries to cut those strings before giving up. And in the end, she will be the only one, besides the Master of Tantai Jin, who believes in him until the end.
Cang Jiumin, the "mature version" of Tantai Jin, is the other one I love deeply. He is serious, but also gallant and kind. it is Tantai Jin who has learnt how to love.
Ming Ye God of War, at an important stage in history. A tragic love that awakens Tantai Jin and Susu, but doomed to tragedy with Sang Jiu, a little sea princess with a cruel fate.
The third pair is the pure and smitten one, but it attracts a lot. The second pair is the sore point. In a tangle of reincarnations, they get worse and better. Xiao Lin becomes a negative person, while Ye Bingchang, from pure "green tea" (viper) becomes Mo Nv, a demon able to love.
Between a few happy moments, misunderstandings, betrayals, never revealed feelings and a destiny between demons and gods, history knows how to attract and catching the attention right away. Each episode builds in intensity, until the climax.
References to Daoism and Dunhuang culture are evident and widespread, the foundation of an entire culture.
In the finale, halfway between heartbreaking and pure hope, is the whole message of the story.

EVERYTHING IS FELT BY HEART (most requested cp!!)
such a long wait after the both actors release the drama named "love is sweet" their chemistry on and off set is very much understanding and us viewers enjoy watching their chemistry their cp and want them to work together in anther drama...when the cast of "till the end of the moon" announced and poster was released i can't explain i was on ninth cloud when i saw both actors are on same drama
their chemistry is unexplainable... the way they exchange glances or touch each other is wonderful! We've only 8 episodes in it till now and it's already so good eagerly waiting for ep 9
it's OST and story is emotional and acting by both these actors are top notch, since the episodes haven't release so i can't say about the whole but till 8th ep i can say its perfect in every way
Bai Lu as Susu is perfect! She's not helpless from the start as we see on mostly dramas! in the immortal realm she was ready to fight and the moment she got to the mortal realm, she was ready to throw down. it's so refreshing having a strong female lead and very enjoying bai lu's new character as susu...
as for Luo Yunxi he is perfect in every costume drama! he is most suitable as Tantai Jin. He is pulling off pitiful, and helpless role of beginning Tantai Jin who also had something to hide. he's pulling off the fierce and dangerous Devil God Tantai Jin. as the Devil God when he plays the part where he's enjoying a snowball fight with susu was so adorable and likeable! this is very warm and soothing moment...
I'LL EDIT MY REVIEW FURTHER AS I WATCH EPISODES!!!
YES I WATCHED COMPLETELY 2 TIMES ?
To conclude, this was by far one of the most high end, well organized, most aesthetic, most well selected cast drama I’ve ever watched so far. I am head over heels with the cast and their chemistry. This project has set the standard and waiting for in season 2 litrally with same cast
It starts with TANTAI JIN and ends with TANTAI JIN!!

Till the End of the Tears. THE BEST WUXIA EVER!!!??
If you are planning on watching TTEOTM, I just have to warn you. You WILL need a lot of tissues. Bai Lu and Luo Yun Xi's chemistry is phenomenal. You will not regret watching TTEOTM. Their chemistry in Love is Sweet is also? I think I have never watched a better drama than this and I have watched more than 200 dramas during the past four years. I have just watched the last episode of TTEOTM and I have except for crying my eyes out, also gotten nosebleed because of my excessive crying. This cdrama is a rollercoaster of emotions and you will question both the FML and ML actions sometimes, but they all have their own purposes and reasons. You will kind of understand them, even though it can get frustrating and annoying sometimes. Some characters are so annoying that you probably want the worst ending for them.
OST AND COSTUME
I just have to say that both the OST and costumes are so beautiful. I literally have the OST in my playlist and if I wanted to - I could have the OST on repeat forever ? They really have upgraded their game and I fell in love with the clothing designs so many times. It wasn't just the typical boring design. In this drama, it was a different experience. Also the ML makeup (with the pearls), especially as Sang Jiu. I have no words - it was so perfect and beautiful ??
It's also very frustrating that they have cut out so many beautiful scenes. Especially in the end, when Tantai Zimi meets her father and when they live their happy lives together as a family. They have really robbed our and their happiness for this bad ending. I really hope that they will release either a season 2 or special episodes where they will do TTJ justice!
I would have given TTEOTM at least 9/10, because of the ending. But, I think the actors and actresses, the plot, and the chemistry made up for the really bad and sad ending. Youku dramas will now be known as the dramas with the saddest ending - especially after "Starry Love" and "Immortal Samsara".
I also have to point out that Luo Yunxi's acting was phenomenal. He portrayed so many feelings and characters. I could feel his emotions through the screen. His acting has also only gotten better. I have liked him as an actor since I saw him in "Ashes of Love" and it just made fall for him again ? Bai Lu was also great. I could feel the sadness, betrayal and most importantly when she had to make many difficult decisions throughout the series.
My last comments on this cdrama is - you have to watch this and you will not regret it!
Thank you :)
