These 2 dramas both have a similarity, about 3 girls who were best friends, and their stories of their career, romance & friendship. "Thirty Nine" is a Korean drama whose characters were on the verge of becoming 40. While "Fabulous 30" is a Taiwanese drama whose characters were on the verge of becoming 30.

Both Korean dramas tell the story of friendship between 3 girls and their stories of romance & career. The ages of "20th Century Boy and Girl" main female characters were 35 years old. While "Thirty Nine" were aged 39 (obviously).

Both romantic dramas centred around a group of women and their friendship. Ex girlfriend club revolves around a group of woman aiming to get revenge on their ex who in turn developed a friendship whilst thirty-nine shows the struggles of dealing with the loss of a best friend in a trio of women.

NGNL is still on-going but both have the trifecta of female friendships and dealing with each character's romantic relationships.

They are similar in terms of three women who have tight friendship, though Sweet Teeth is a pure Romantic Comedy drama and Thirty-Nine is a tearjerker drama. However, despite the two totally different storyline, if you're interested in seeing jealous worthy sismance between three women, then the two dramas are totally worth watching.

Furthermore, I think Sweet Teeth is focused more on the relationship between the three women and their partners and Thirty-Nine is more focused on a beautiful and touching story about the friendship of the three women.
