Filme lindo e sensível

Pra ser sincera, quando li a sinopse achei que seria como aqueles filmes que focam nas limitações da pessoa, como se a vida dela estivesse condenada ou algo assim, mas aqui vimos uma abordagem mais real, mostrando as oportunidades e também as dificuldades, mesmo que o tema central ainda tenha sido romance. Além de ter como subtema as olimpíadas paraolimpíadas, evento que eu nunca vi sendo mencionado em um drama.
Sobre o romance, não poderia ter sido mais perfeito, acho que o fato deles terem se comunicado apenas por sinal durante a maior parte do filme transmitiu uma conexão mais profunda e poética, sem ficar cansativo em algum momento.
Eu pessoalmente gostei do plot twist do final, acho que foi o laço final para entendermos o quão profunda era a relação entre as irmãs, que foi definitivamente o ponto mais alto do filme, não tem nada mais lindo do que o amor e dedicação entre irmãs.

So, this beautiful story will take you into the world of hearing impaired people. And its amazing!

The best thing about the movie is, that its not over dramatic, or too sad, depressing and so. The story is actually very simple, cute and optimistic - just a little untraditional love story about two young people who just met each other :)

There is not much speaking in the movie, they mostly use the sign language. Thats why someone could say that it will be boring, but thats absolutely not true. The way they use sign language is so interesting, that it catches your eyes and make it more interesting.

If you are looking for a movie, that is positive, nice and optimistic, this is for you. It a good way to spend your time whenever you are depressed :)

Agreed with the last reviewer - this movie will take you into the world of the hearing impaired and most of the movie is in sign language. But don't let that turn you away from this great story (: It's actually what makes this movie so interesting. The characters communicate without speaking but they're able to get their message off as if they were speaking.



The acting is great, I have no complaints about any of it (:The guy who plays Tian Kuo, Peng Eddie, does a good job, his character was so cute! And the actresses who played the girls were also good, it makes me wonder if they actually knew sign language or just learned the parts they needed to know for the movie.



I enjoyed the music that was played throughout the movie. Although I don't know the names of the songs, they were nice (:



I can see myself watching this movie again sometime, so my rewatch value for it is high (:



Overall - I think this movie is worth watching (: It's a cute, not too dramatic, nice story. It gives you a break from your typical love story and instead provides something a little less complicated but just as enjoyable (:

So this is like my first Taiwan-related film (or at least I thought this is the first)

There's no main reason why I watch this. I just see it accidentally and decided to watch it right after that. I really didn't regret watching this and I personally think this is amazing movie !

Story is amazing. Unique, Inspiring, Touching, Amazing ! So many word can describe (lol) just perfect. I love how the story turn out to have 'secret' lol. Really amazing and inspiring, give us tons of lesson.

Acting and music are great. I don't know any Taiwanese actors or music so this is quite good for me. And I think the male lead is cute lol. Also that Yang Yang sister is really pretty :)

Overall I really love this movie and really recommend this movie ! Everyone should try this movie :')

This is the first Taiwanese movie that I have ever watched. I wish I could remember who on MDL recommended this movie, because I would think that person. If you happen to read this, then THANK YOU!!!

This movie is unique and surprisingly optimistic. The relationships are complex in a simple way. The movie really digs into the feelings of the hearing impaired when dealing with their loved ones. Chen Ivy as Yang Yang was really awesome. She is very expressive. There is a beautiful sisterly love. Although I figured it out before the end of the movie (as you probably will), there is a nice surprise ending. This movie is silent which to me is why it has such impact.

I recommend that everyone watch this movie.

I love this movie so much. I've seen it probably about 15 times now and every time I watch it, it just gets better.
The story is really well written and it really gets down to facing some of the issues that deaf people face in this world (at least in the Taiwanese world).
The acting is fantastic. Both Eddie Peng and Ivy Chen can pull off being cute and yet not too sugary or obnoxiously annoying. Eddie plays a fantastic lovable dork (yes, he is a dork in this movie).
There is a pretty decent plot twist in this movie too that I totally didn't see coming (don't worry - I don't do spoilers).
And of course, the final reason why I love this movie - all the sign language. I've been fascinated by sign language for a long time. I love that probably about half of the movie's dialogue is in sign. I just think it's so cool. Hopefully I'm not the only one.

SPOILERS AHEAD , READ IT AFTER WATCHING THE MOVIE  :





" Love and Dreams are miraculous . They don't need to be heard , to be said or translated "
Just Wow . I mean At first glance , I thought that the movie was bound to be emotional and the plot might get cliche' . The first 1 hour of the movie was Good enough to make me believe this has to get an emotional end without anything much left .
After that 60 Min cross , BOOM . .xD
I was Baffled by the plot twist .. Haha ..
I was kinda confused when Yang said to her sister that the boy was deaf like her . I was like Okay a plot twist is about to come .
But then near the swimming pool scene I thought that Her hearing came back since she kept her head inside the water. Ya , Ya I know so dumb of me to think that . But that was the Biggest plot twist .
I mean I never thought she could speak . But that was the Perfect aim of the movie .
To be able to understand each other without saying anything . It was the best ever message in terms of emotions i have ever seen .
Just wonderful .

There were so many cute scenes in the movie . Like her being a street performer . And Then the boy talking to her on the street . . Haha . Just damn sweet .
I often wondered how hard it would be for hear impaired people , or anyone with any deformity in their body ?
We say our own normal lives are difficult but what about them then ?
