i believe the plots are primarily the same. both female leads face the downside of their lives and move to a small town, where they meet a guy who's well-known around.

Both are piano-themed dramas released in 2020. In DDSSLLS, FL is a pianist. In DYLB, ML is a world-famous pianist. In both, it shows a sweet love story between young leads.

These two dramas have similar storylines, which the main lead who used to be rich suddenly become homeless and poor. In DDSSLLS, it is the main girl. In SKL, it is the main guy.
Both display simple, sweet and fun love story between main couple.

Same country vibe of living in a small town. Trying to escape from an unhappy life, reset and re-find one's purpose in life.

Both drama have the same feeling to them, hardworking ml and a sheltered princess fl who come closer despite their differences.

In both FL are pianist.
Character of FL's mother in Page turner and Beauty Salon's owner in DDSSLLS is played by same actress.

In both shows have the rich girl turned poor after the death of her father. Both become homeless and abandoned and somewhat fooled by the wicked, trusted person of the father.

Both shows:
>> Are heavy on the romance.
>> Showcase a ML who falls in love with the FL quite quickly.
>> The Leads have a connection that's later found out.
>> The FLs used to be well-off but fall on hard times. In DJ the FL loses her fame due to a scandal. While in DDSSLLS the FL's father dies and she gets scammed out of her money.
>> The FL used to be renowned at the start of the drama. In DJ the FL was an actress, in DDSSLLS the FL was a pianist.
>> The ML comes from a wealthy family but he regards them almost as the enemy and keeps his distance.
>> The ML likes taking care of the FL. In DJ the ML sets an agency up for the FL; in DDSSLLS the ML sets the FL with her own piano academy.
>> There's a love triangle, but it gets dealt with quickly.
>> There's a secondary couple.

- FL and ML had some “forced” cohabitation/closeness
- same conflict about the MLs health
- same vague but HAPPY ENDING

Both shows:
>> Are heavy on the romance and are a light watch.
>> The MLs are wealthy and like taking care of the FLs.
>> Both leads meet briefly before ending up living in the same small town.
>> The FLs fall on hard times and try to find their purpose in a small town. In DDSSLLS the FL messes up during surgery and she ends up being sent away. In DDSSLLS the FL loses her dad and her dad's company and she ends up moving to a small town.
>> The MLs are lonely and they fall in love with the FLs first.
>> The MLs try to overcome a past trauma.
>> The FLs are warm and cheerful.

it has the same type or romantic comedy to it. the slight love triangle but no second lead syndrome (at least in my opinion). it also had rich family involved and also an underlying drama that became more prevalent later in the story.

These two have similar vibes. Both FLs from riches to rags, kinda live at ML's place. Both dramas are humorous and beautiful in own ways.

I would says these 2 shows are similar in the natural bond and chemistry the main leads share.
- They both start out as friends that are always there for each other.
- Their relationship naturally progresses to a romantic one.
- And they have similar cute and fluffy moments.
