This weeks’ special guest is the professional golf player, Park Se Ri. With the four members of Eat in Style, they visit Pyeontaek of Gyeonggi Province to look for the fourth endandered ingredient. From there, they learn that Chinese herring is near extinct and so it’s impossible to make fermented Chinese herring kimchi. Another ingredient is beeswax.
