Asagi Serina é uma dona de casa que ama seu marido, Takefumi, a ponto de não se importar em ser sua sombra. No entanto, sua resposta à devoção excessiva dela é tentar evitar sua expressão de amor "pesada" e "grosseira". Com a ingenuidade de uma esposa, ela se recusa a suspeitar da infidelidade do marido e inicialmente fica frustrada. Um dia, com a ajuda de sua boa amiga Motoko, Serina sai para jantar com os homens da editora onde Motoko trabalha. No momento em que um homem do grupo se move sobre ela, isso é capturado em filme pelo detetive Jinnai Haruki. Não querendo que o marido veja a fotografia, Serina começa a trabalhar na agência de detetives de Jinnai como assistente. Essa dona de casa comum e atrapalhada fica mais forte e melhora sua autoconfiança por meio das habilidades que ela aprimora. Serina quer apoiar e ajudar o marido em vez de exibir seu novo eu para ele porque ele está passando por momentos difíceis. I adore this drama. Serina, Jinnai and all the other characters are 3 dimensional people with a lot of heart. The mysteries themselves aren't mind blowing but the character growth and interactions are.
It's also amusing to watch. And Fukada Kyoko is fabulous as the obsessive and clingy Serina who likes to don disguises while she does her undercover work.
The highlight of the show was the interactions between Serina and Jinnai, her boss at the detective agency. They were so cute and funny together.
A good drama. Recommended.
Serina starts working for Jinnai and each episode chronicles a case she’s working on. The case plays a role with her own love life and she starts to change for the better. Plus, it looks like Jinnai starts looking at her in a different light too.
There is also Fumi-kun, Serina’s despicable husband. He’s involved with his boss, the Chief. The reasons why he’s doing this is for Serina’s dad, but the entire situation between them is getting messier with each passing episode. The actor is quite good. You go from hating Takefumi, to liking him. I was surprised how my feelings changed.
The show has a great story, the characters are not only wonderfully acted but show growth as well. The last scene in the show was predictable, but it fit the light theme of this drama.
Definitely check this out! This is not only cute, but as the series goes on it really sucks you in.
