I mean he killed Sou's father when he was a kid so that means that he's an old man now but Yuki said "Jinno-sama", you wouldn't give someone "sama" honorific if you didn't like him/respect him and it kind of make sense if she did because Yoshimura wouldn't try to use her against Jinno if he didn't know that she's important to him.
