The Time of Backlights (2017)

This short movie was more like a special in how it was filmed, but it didn't have a full bodied plot. The movie was a small snippet of what Akada went through during high school. He had a short friendship, his first fight, acknowledgement from his dad, and the biggest part is that he simply realizes that youth is something that fly's by fast. It's not necessarily filled with exciting fun times, but simple things like walking along a lake at night after falling asleep at school. They are things that he can't experience forever, but only for now. The directing is amazing and unique and has aesthetically pleasing and symbolic things in the short movie.
