Well at first i thought it's a long drama cause i saw a lot of BTS pictures on IG of the PD of this Special Drama until i saw some ending picture and i'm little bit curious about then i give it a shot and now i'm here loving it and definitely watch it again and again.
I cannot compare this one to all other cause it's really really promising the actors/actress the plot. all i can say is bravo 10/10. for real i know i'm not the only one who really loves it. i laughed i cried and imagined that i was the one who's from the future and meeting someone to the past.
well before i watch this i all ready knew who are the main characters and i'm really expecting for really good drama but they gave me a perfect year ending drama for 2015
for those who's confused to watch this. i'll tell you it's WORTH watching for so give it some try! your 2 Hours will be turned into years cause you'll go back the past LOL.

The story was way~ less wishy-whashy that was I excpected it to be! It's so sweet, and nice. The story rolled out so prettily and naturally.
I had ENOURMOUS laughter all along, it was so~ enjoyable! With so many tender parts~~
I'd say its a *confortable* drama to watch!
Both leading characters have great acting skills and the two other main characters are really attaching.
SeulGi is as cute as ever and DooJoon played his role eagerly! I'd say!!!
I'm GLAD they made this into a Drama Special, as I never go in the Movie Section.... and would have missed the opportunity!

Acting wise, all the actors have great chemistry. The actress really did her part well. She could make you cry and make you laugh out loud. Storyline is not pretentious. The sweet scenes are just so right; and the OST, darn perfect!
Anyone interested in watching this series will definitely enjoy every scene :))

Eh actually i was so hooked from the first episode. It's so much fun!! The r/s between the king and the gosam is so funny. I really like kim seu gil, she really can pull it off. The story is refreshing, it is also well written, the ending is so unexpectedly beautiful and unpredictable! Definitely different from other k-dramas. I love this show.
I hope more k-dramas like this, do not have so many episodes and filler in between, just film necessary scenes that are related to the story without milking the successful drama too much and keep it short.
Do not hesitate to watch this drama, highly recommended.

2 fois 60 minutes. Soit l’équivalent d’un long métrage.

Oddly enough, Splash Splash LOVE is the first time travel drama that I've watched and I absolutely adored it. The plot was so clever! Since I have no previous experience with time travel plots, I have nothing to compare it to so I don't know if this was and especially unique time travel drama, but I certainly enjoyed it. I loved the plot pacing and thought it was very well done for such a short drama. Plus everything tied together! The writers did an awesome job of including little details that ended up playing a part in the plot. The ending was really satisfying as well. I definitely wish that we could have more episodes, but at the same time I think that this length somehow worked.
The acting was awesome. The only cast member that I'm really familiar with is Kim Seul Gi and she did not disappoint. The rest of the cast was great as well. There wasn't a large cast of characters, but each person felt like they were fleshed out enough that we could get to know them to some extent within the 2 episodes.
I really liked the Splash Splash LOVE OST. It was refreshing compared to the other historical drama OSTs I've heard. I have nothing against the classic historical drama instrumental pieces, but this OST was just so new. It was quirky, but so was the drama and I really really liked it! The use of modern and upbeat songs added to the whole vibe of the show. Plus all of the songs are super catchy!
Overall I really liked Splash Splash LOVE. It's a drama I'd recommend to a friend I'm trying to get into dramas. I'd also watch it if you're in a drama slump. It's short and sweet but still lets you experience a range of emotions. It's a well rounded drama that took me by surprise. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it as much as I did and I certainly wasn't expecting to get this attached to the characters. It was a pleasure to watch and I am so glad that I gave it a chance!

The plot for this show was so cute and clever, I loved it. The only reason it's rated an 8 on my actual list is just when I compare it to other dramas I've watched it is not the highest of quality (but it's only 2 episodes so it's understandable). This show was filled with funny moments and I didn't expect myself to love the main couple as much as I did. My only annoyance with this had to be the lead female's voice at times... So high pitched. But aside from that minor detail I will definitely be rewatching this on a rainy cold day to make myself laugh and re-experience all the cuteness. ?

The female main was amazing funny, not useless, and completely relatable. And the main male lead was so amazing! I love his character and his little facial expressions. The actors here did a very good job. And the ending had me go YESSSS!! Finally at least it was realistic and the characters didn't have to sacrifice anything, to have a happy every after.
If 2 episodes dramas are this good, there needs to be more. But hey, what are you doing still reading reviews for? Go ahead and watch this already, and I promise you, you won't regret this.
And if you are familiar with some of the music here, you're fall in love with this drama even more. Squeal~ Happy drama watching! <3

Ok, the story itself is not a new one. It's not really a surprise how it will turn out. But nevertheless it was quite enjoyable. And at some point I WAS a bit surprised because for some seconds I really thought the ending would be another than what I was anticipating. A little turn of events that made my heart beat faster.
I think what I enjoyed most was this kind of Joseon. Everything was a little lighter, the atmosphere was not as dark and intriguing as in those other more serious historical dramas. Not so much whispering and treason and whatever. The plot was more focused on the young king and the girl. The development of their relationship was so amusing and sweet and I caught myself smirking everytime they were together. I smiled along with them alot, when they were happy about something. But there were also some sad moments where I almost cried.
I liked the acting alot, esp. the king (although he was not an eye candy for me). Still, he convinced me and earned my recognition since he was partly responsible for that sweet romance that both lead actors displayed so well. (But seriously, do you know the feeling when you think the Joseon style looked better on the guy than the present one? :'D)
Ah, don't forget about the little reference to another historical drama that made me giggle in delight.
(Music rating is a bit low because although it wasn't bad, it could have been a little better, something to remember)

This is the story of Dan Bi. At one point in our lives we all want to run away. Run away from the responsibillities in our lives. And Dan Bi did just that.
I get it, the drama appeals for many due to the sweet romance. It's also really cute. But the one thing that striked me the most about this drama, was beneath all the romance there was a deeper issue.
Proving yourself in todays society is a necessity, and not all are equally good at it. Does that mean you have no worth to the world? Splash Splash LOVE addresses this with a subtle answer to the viewer.
This drama is as much about Romance as it is in resolving Da-Bi's issue about feeling incompetent. The show complements this by making her feel useful and finding people who appreciate her worth. It's about appreciating what you have, and making the best of it.
Yoon Doo Joon and Kim Seul Gi deliver a great performance, they have some great chemistry and it sure shows during the airing of the episodes. The amount of episodes complement this drama really well. Instead of dragging it out, they keep it to the point. Because of this you will find it hard to get bored during the two episodes.
So should you watch this drama? I'd say yes. The sweet story along with self-worth discory makes this for a great watch. Considering it's only two episodes long makes it more attractive too.
If you like romance, you should definitely watch this, because you are in for a treat if you do.
