Age Gap x2

If you’re going to take issue with the age gaps of both couples. The main couple and the secondary couple . This series isn’t for you. Westerners are hog wild about the age gap relationships now because women have finally gain some power and are starting to date younger men. Now the media is all in an uproar about men grooming little girls to be child brides so women shouldn’t do it too. Women can’t date younger men. Even if the women looks significantly younger than her age. The casting is interesting because ML was 46 and FL was 25 while the 2ndML was 30 to the 2ndFL was 45. Proving a 21 age gap when it’s a man to the 15 age gap when it’s a woman. Now that the elephant in the room is talked about. I will say this. Don’t take your western POV into this Asian series because social norms aren’t universal. Spare me your judgmental self if you’re going to watch a series that wasn’t made for westerners.

The story was very different and interesting as you watch along. Since the acting is superb. Even if some aspects of it seems like it’s cliche. It isn’t.

First off He Wan is a very willful young woman who has been shelter by her mom who has a very traumatic life. She was married off to a famous artist to be nothing more than a trophy wife. This man is weak willed so he kills himself after he was diagnosed with leukemia. That husband is a self prick. He only care about his art and seemed to have left his wife to raise a daughter on her own while he focuses on his art. The he just offs himself and leaves his wife to raise his daughter with no afterthought. The fact that this women had to sell all his art to support herself and her daughter shows how resilient she is. Then she builds a successful business by herself by being the brand herself. She fakes a persona of being the organic queen so she binges on fried chicken and booze in private. It just shoes that imposter syndrome is real. She has to be this perfect women to be the face of her company.

The male lead. I don’t understand what is his attraction that the FL is gaga over him. Perhaps it’s because he is a good looking guy nearing 50. Maybe she’s looking for a daddy figure since hers killed himself. Maybe it’s because she sheltered by her mom after she’s diagnosed with leukemia like her dad. Maybe she knows her life is shortened so why not do whatever she wants. The fact that the ML had a slew of women who are after him is something I don’t see other than his looks. I mean he doesn’t seem to be sociable as he is curt with people. He doesn’t seem to have any money or ambition. He takes care of plants and does odd job landscaping. I don’t get the barber shop as he’s never cut anyone else’s hair except the FL in episode 1. Yet he has women chasing after him.

The chemistry and dynamic between the main couple is really good. The FL is the aggressor and a jealous fiend. I love how she told the ex-GF’s sister off with so much gumption.

I fell for the 2ndML. I almost always do. I want this dude so bad. His voice is sexy AF. The way he eats up the 2nd FL in those kisses. ??? Whenever he cries. I feel it in my loins.

The mom being the 2nd FL really has me giggling and doing double takes. Like how I detest her in the beginning. Then she softened me up after she is spotted gouging on the fried chicken and booze. All the while making the 2nd ML fall for her. But when she was there for her daughter during her relapse. I was like. Protect this woman at all cost 2nd ML.

What can I say? I loved this series. I am now back to straight series after gorging on BLs since Covid. BLs have lost their mojo with me this year.

Came For Meen Stayed For Series

As a fan of Meen from Love By Chance 2, I have sat through the torture of AiLongNhai and My Dear Gangster Oppa with Ping. I know I only made it through AiLongNhai because of the comment section comparing it to Between Us. How Nhai would need ICU for just bumping into something while Team had the whole bottom of his food sliced open and he said he would just walk it off.

Ping has the same acting chops of Dunk. Every time he comes on screen, I want to gauge my eyes out and put on noise canceling headphones on. How has he not gotten any better when he’s being paired with Meen? Meen can act.

First off, I have read the webtoon so I have some sort of expectation of it being decent if not great because Meen is in it so I thought Ping must’ve leveled up. The webtoon was fluffy and had less showing of the Oppa’s gang life unlike the series. In a way I am glad they had the gangster parts in the series because then you can see Meen can really act in those scenes.

Ok with all that said. I came here for Meen and Meen only. But then I really loved Saisimom and Mana story. They really made this larkorn enjoyable because they really had chemistry. It was a fun watch without being too exaggerated like most larkorns.

Given that this is a slice of life Thailand series. People shouldn’t come at it with a western slant on it. Otherwise, you have to call out all the faults of American shows which has a lot more shit to show. Some said this series was in the 1960’s or 1970s. So no cell phones and iPads and talentless social media famous people

I love Chujai she’s the most adorable little munchkin in the series.. Mana’s other sister Sri is so entertaining to watch especially who she whips a thug like Te into shape with a glance of a slap in the are. The Chief was so passive that he allowed his wife to be a shrewd and not out control.

That Krong got a taste of bitter pills. The parent got what they deserved in the end. No bail and time serve.

There weren’t any plot holes which is a rarity in Thai series. It’s an enjoyable series to watch. You might lose a few brain cells from both moms screaming at each other or just Mana’s mom altogether.

Meen did a good job acting like the bumbling thug Te.

Another opportunity to waste Ohm Pawat’s talent.

If Ohm Pawat wasn’t in this I would’ve bailed. I really think GMMTV series there aren’t any really good series that’s worthy of Ohm’s talent because their roster of young actors in these kind of series aren’t up to his level as an actor. To date, Double Savage with Perth and Forei is his only non BL that is worth nothing.

ISTG, I don’t know how Phuwin keeps getting the roles he gets because he’s so miscast. As a former PondPhuwin shipper, I cannot watch Phuwin in anything non BL. This is only because Pond is doing all the heavy lifting to keep that ship sailing. Every time he comes on screen, I cringe at his performance. The only part he did well was when in episode 1w when he gave his bully the finger. But this is how I see a Phuwin in everyday life from how he is with Gemini and other friend he hangs out. Something about Phuwin’s acting for the most part looks like acting instead of being in character,

Anyway, the serie had potential. While I might have wanted Joong in a series with Phuwin but I don’t mind Satang recast in the series instead. He has potential.. plus the fact that he can sing helps with the role. I think he fits the role of Prem better than Joong.

As for Piploy as May, the performance was good. She played a flawed character to some degree of believability. However, Film always comes up short in acting. She seems to give the same kind of performance. Im. It sure if it’s because she plays the same kind of character or it just not good acting. It’s bland and boring at this point.

The other actor who gave a decent performance was Kay as Mac. Like that’s acting to be and being in character.

I think Thor as Top gave a decent performance. Kul’s brother, Kong’s brother and sister, Pali’s sister, Tam’s grandmother/ father, and everyone else did their job.

My biggest issue is the lack of a cohesive flow in the storyline. It’s jumbled and try ending was a hot messy rush job. This might be the series that makes me stop watching Phuwin all together if it isn’t a BL.

My Gangster OPPA

This is a very bias review. I loved Meen since Love by Chance 2. He is really young but such a good actor. I like Ai Long Nhai even though it was a trash series. The reason is because of Meen. I liked Ping but I’m not delusional to think he has any acting skills besides being annoyingly whiny and being cute AF about it. Even I can admit Meen’s acting wasn’t good. Given the material and who he is playing against.

With that said I still had high hope for this series. To start off, Meenreally leveled up his actin in the series. He did exceptionally well in the second half because I can clearly see his acting being so stalkingly good with Ping loosing the plot of the story. I cannot take him as a serious actor when I think he is worst that Dunk. What is it with these boys whining and crying so hard? That scene in bed in the last episode was so poorly directed and edited but Ping’s acting good it to another level of bad. You can see that Meen was really focus on not laughing at it. He was so serious which makes that scene so funny to watch.

I don’t like the character Wahl but the actor did a great job portraying it withthe redemption arc. He was definitely different in the book. In the first half I really want to yeet Wahl out the the series. However once he discovers his feels he wasn’t as cringey.

The story took a completely different turn than the webtoon. But overall despite the poor Ping acting which really shine through in contrast to Meen and Winner. Hell everyone’s acting was good to great except Ping. But I’m not mad about it because he’s so cute. This is why I am giving it a 7.5. It’s completely bias.

This series has a lot of cameos

Someone said this BL is out here collecting BL couples like Pokémon cards. It’s true. Every memorable Taiwanese BL couple who had free time pop up in this series.

Go into this series with no expectations and you’ll enjoy it a lot more. I made the mistake of reading the comment section and was expecting the second couple to steal this series. Luckily I put off watching it fro a couple of weeks before I binged it. This saved me from having high expectations of this series. The story of Zongyi and Zherui are so well developed despite the episodes being less than 30 mins each. We didn’t have to suffer through fillers like you do with Thai series. This relationship gives the same vibe as Stand By Me but without the censorship and ambiguity. If China didn’t have censorship of BL we could’ve had Addicted and Stand By Me like Ban ZongYi and Fan ZheRui

Perhaps for some people they like the second couple because the story was good. I won’t say they stole the series by any means. Perhaps it’s because I didn’t like Chen Yi being so dense for a crime boss with his own crew. He is so soft that without Ai Di, he would be dead.

Given the short time of each episode, there wasn’t any plot holes. There were some suspenseful cliffhangers and the acting was very good. It’s on Par with the HIStory franchise.

This Is Very Mid

"Dark Blue and Moonlight" is a series that evokes mixed feelings. I was turned with some of the lead characters' unlikable traits, while others may appreciate his character flaws. Hua Quin, the main actor, may come across as selfish and annoying, but he also shows moments of vulnerability and uncertainty. His battle with depression adds complexity to his character, some will find relatable. The love triangle involving Hua Quin, Yan Fei, and Pin Jun is complicated, with emotions and feelings that intertwine in unexpected ways. The story itself felt rushed at times, leaving some plot holes that could have been addressed with a longer runtime. I was scratching my head and doing mental gymnastics to explain away either the poor editing or bad script.

Despite these flaws, the series still manages to deliver an engaging story. The director and writer effectively play with the color blue, giving unique depth to the characters. The music enhances the overall experience, fitting the theme and mood of the story.

One of the standout aspects of the series is its focus on character development. Each character comes from a different background, with distinct personalities, goals, and hidden agendas. This complexity captures the intricacies of relationships and love, exploring the unspoken undercurrents that often go unnoticed.

The acting performances were sometime spot on and other times amateurish, with the cast bringing a mix bag of performance to each character. Jimmy's portrayal as the seemingly happy-go-lucky character with a sensitive side is commendable but there was his seemingly openly cheating. While Yan Fei impressively embodies the stoic marketing director with confusing displays of affection and lack of loyalty to his partner. Hai Qing's character, artistic and talented, adds depth with his dark and possessive side, easily angered and depressed which was poorly portrayed. Ping Jun, on the other hand, remains a simple, nice guy throughout but when he wa angry it was unintentionally comical.

While the series showcases moments of heartbreak and conflicting values, it offers a realistic depiction of relationships and the complexity of human emotions. The chemistry mismatch between certain characters, however, is a notable issue, which occasionally affected the authenticity of their interactions. The series had so much potential but fail in execution.

In conclusion, "Dark Blue and Moonlight" is a series that may not resonate with everyone, but it delves into the messier side of love and relationships. It explores the pain of love, the uncertainties, and the absence of fairytale endings, providing a refreshing perspective on BL shows. For those willing to embrace the complexities and explore realistic portrayals of love, this series offers a compelling and thought-provoking experience.

An Enchanted BL Series

I’m not a fan of magical rainbows and unicorns in BLs especially when it comes to school BLs. Oftentimes, there is no rhyme or reason for these underdeveloped series due to lazy writing. However, this series is so fleshed out and interesting. In the context of a fairytale, I can get behind this magical series.

Prepare to be enchanted by "Choco Milk Shake," a heartwarming and imaginative series that takes you on a journey beyond the Rainbow Bridge. The story begins with Jung Woo, a young man who lives alone, still haunted by a tragic accident that robbed him of everything he loved, including his beloved pets, Choco the dog, and Milk the cat. However, destiny has a delightful surprise in store for Jung Woo when two handsome strangers, claiming to be Choco and Milk reincarnated in human form, knock on his door one fateful evening.

The portrayal of the uncle as the love interest for Milk, the cat, adds a delightful and unexpected twist to the storyline. Their growing affection for each other is heartwarming and beautifully depicted, creating a unique and endearing relationship dynamic that leaves viewers eagerly anticipating each interaction between them.

One of the series' true highlights is how flawlessly both Choco, the dog, and Milk, the cat, maintain their animal traits while adapting to their human forms. The attention to detail in showcasing their distinct personalities and characteristics as human versions of themselves is nothing short of perfection. Choco's journey of falling for Jung Woo as a person and not just an oversized fluffy dog is both charming and heart-tugging, adding depth to his character and the overall narrative.

The dynamics between the uncle and Milk are a delightful exploration of how love can blossom unexpectedly and with surprising results. The progression of their relationship, from initial indifference of Milk for the uncle to his eventual realization of his feelings for uncle, is both genuine and captivating. Their subtle and heartfelt interactions speak volumes, leaving viewers eagerly rooting for their romance to bloom.

As the story unfolds, we are drawn into the realms of friendship and love, as Jung Woo, Choco, and Milk rediscover the warmth and affection they longed for since their heartbreaking separation. Their journey together reveals new dimensions to their relationships, making the series all the more enthralling and emotionally resonant.

With the end first season, the anticipation for season 2 with the uncle and Milk grows exponentially for fans. The ending showcasing of their feelings and the potential for further development in their relationship leaves me eagerly waiting to see what lies ahead for this delightful pair.

In conclusion, "Choco Milk Shake" is a remarkable series that masterfully blends fantasy, romance, and the unconditional love between humans and their furry companions. With a perfect balance of heartwarming moments, genuine character development, and captivating storytelling, this series is a must-watch for anyone seeking a heartfelt and enchanting experience. Prepare to fall in love all over again with Choco, Milk, and the human world they have embraced, creating a unique and unforgettable tale of love, friendship, and the magic that connects us all.

Imperfectly Perfect Korean School BL

"Blueming" is a delightful story that reminds us not to judge a book by its cover, as both lead characters hide personal traumas behind their seemingly perfect exteriors due to their parents.

The series follows Cha Si Won, who believes that good looks and popularity go hand in hand. Driven by his mother's insensitive comments, he strives to be popular by maintaining a strict regime and a pleasant personality. However, his confidence is shaken when he encounters Hyeong Da Un, another seemingly perfect guy with excellent grades, wealth, and a charming personality. Si Won's encounters with Da Un lead to unexpected twists and turns in their relationship, especially when they end up working together on a film project. As they spend more time together, Si Won begins to see Da Un in a different light, and their bond deepens.

The heartwarming journey of Si Won and Da Un's romance touches your heart in the best way. Both characters are beautifully flawed, and their development throughout the series is captivating. "Blueming" avoids the typical school BL tropes found in Thai BLs and presents a concise yet impactful story without filler scenes. The fans' love for the series and the chemistry between the main characters paved the way for a well-deserved season 2, where their relationship will be further explored.

This series sets a shining example for Thai BLs by delivering a compelling story without unnecessary prolongation. By understanding what the fans want, "Blueming" proves that a well-crafted second season can be more successful than churning out subpar sequels like "2gether" and "Still 2gether." "Blueming" showcases the potential of Korean BLs and demonstrates how quality storytelling can lead to both critical acclaim and financial success.

A GMMTV Gem

I can’t believe GMMTV can make BLs like this.

Oh my goodness, this series is absolutely phenomenal! The way it fearlessly critiques the Thai government, especially with recent events in the Thai elections, is just awe-inspiring and deeply poignant!

The story of Black and White, these twins with such a powerful connection, is so captivating. Their separation after their parents' divorce, with White moving to Russia and Black staying in Thailand, adds such a heart-wrenching element. And when White returns after fifteen years and discovers Black's condition, I couldn't help but be on the edge of my seat!

The suspense of White disguising himself as Black to uncover the traitor among his friends Sean, Gram, or Yok is so intense! The dynamics between them are just so enthralling, especially when Sean starts to suspect that something isn't right.

Oh, and let's not forget Black's journey as a protester and his struggles with Todd. That breathtaking fighting scene at the pool, the same one as in KinnPorche, brings an extra touch of excitement! This hotel location has been used in many BLs since. I can't help but fantasize about a Black and Todd spin-off, but alas, it might remain a mere dream due to the OffGun shippers and GMMTV.

And Gawin's portrayal of Dan, the disillusioned cop turned graffiti artist, is nothing short of extraordinary! His slow-burn relationship with Yok, a passionate protester and devoted fan of Dan's art, is a symphony of emotions. Gawin's performance had me completely hooked and left me yearning for more of him. First come on my radar only to disappear with his pairing with Khaotung.

All the characters in this series have their own compelling reasons for becoming protesters against the government and influential figures. It's incredibly moving to see their determination and resilience in the face of adversity.

The message about gay marriage and LGBTQIA+ rights is so relevant and crucial, even if there might have been some censorship due to the Thai government. This series courageously speaks up and advocates for important issues!

Overall, I am utterly in awe of this series and all the depth and brilliance it showcases. It's a must-watch for anyone who craves powerful storytelling and meaningful themes. Bravo to the entire team behind this outstanding production!

Mame Anti-fans Need To Skip This

If you're a fan of TharnType or Love by Chance and enjoy bashing Mame as a fictional writer, honestly, please get some help because it just seems hypocritical. And if you're an anti-fan of Mame, then simply don't watch any of her series. No one is forcing you to watch any her work. Stop treating her as if she’s a criminal who commits these acts. She’s not the first fictional write of this type of literature nor will she be the last. Get over your savior complex.

This series is a blend of gay drama and BL, telling two intertwined stories. Payu and Prapai are friends who share a passion for motorcycle drag racing, while Rain and Sky are architecture students at the same school. Payu becomes Rain's senior mentor, and Prapai saves Sky from a troubling incident involving illegal drag racing. What makes this a BL is that Rain was initially interested in Ple, a female classmate before falling for Payu.

The first part focuses on the BL between Payu and Rain. Payu, a successful architect, falls for Rain during a student orientation meet. After a chance encounter in the rain, Payu sets out to pursue Rain. The storyline follows their courtship and how Rain eventually falls for Payu.

In the second part, the focus is on Prapai, who falls hard for Sky, a person with post-traumatic issues from a toxic relationship. This part is a gut-wrenching gay drama that shows how Prapai helps Sky overcome his trauma and learn to love again.

Some viewers didn't like the series split into two parts, but personally, I like it for that reason. It is based on two novels, and each part provides enough scenes to connect the two stories without overshadowing each other. This avoids the issue that many BL fans complain about, where side couples don't get enough attention compared to the main couple.

There were some complaints about making the series into two, but I disagree. The storytelling was just right without dragging it with unnecessary fillers, and the special episode was a nice bonus.

Overall, this series is worth watching because the intimate scenes are not gratuitous, and it presents a more realistic approach to sex BL than a couple who still act like virgins after being in a long term relationship.

Watched For Fighter and Tutor

Oh, let me tell you about this absolute gem. I’m not sure, about the naysayers of this series. I mean have y’all seen Chains Of Heart? Tell me a bout bad editing again, I dare you. Seriously I don’t know why people are talking about the pacing as if there is some imaginary finish line when people should enjoy fantastic Fightor and Tutor chemistry of their storyline.

Now, let's talk about the acting. Zee and Saint's performances are just chef's kiss. Zee's can act with just his eyes, speaking volumes and adding so much depth to his character. And both Zee and Saint know how to use non verbal communication to convey so much making the storytelling even more believable. Truly I’m sad that I won’t get to see these two act again.

Tutor and Fighter's dynamics of love are simply beautiful. It's refreshing to see them break away from the usual stereotypes and have a relationship built on consent and mutual respect. The scene when Fighter finally gave into to his feeling for Tutor by kissing him. Bells and whistles!

While I’m not into the other characters! Zon and Saifah's sweet story is still sweet. It was a bit underdeveloped but it was lost on me since I wasn’t vested in the side couple.

Why R U doesn't shy away from delivering an important message about love and acceptance. It's not just your typical BL drama; it challenges stereotypes tropey school BL. It challenges some homophobic matters. So many wonderful scenes with thoughtful speeches.

So, if you want a series with a great BL story, look no further than Fighter and Tutor I. this series. I'm totally obsessed with them, and I enjoyed rewatching their scenes. They are a magical couple without rainbows and unicorns. Just a good beach frolic. I can’t help but gush over this fantastic series.

Watch Only For Ae and Pete

Love By Chance left me with mixed feelings. As someone who generally dislikes school BLs for various reasons, the setting and some characters grated on my nerves. However, I couldn't help but fall for Perth and Saint's portrayal of Ae and Pete. Especially considering Perth's talent as a child actor, I was amazed by his skills at just 17 years old, though I had reservations about his young age when starring in the series.

The story revolves around Pete, a wealthy and timid university student trying to conceal his homosexuality, and Ae, a kind-hearted boy who accidentally hits Pete with his bike. Ae steps in to protect Pete from those seeking to take advantage of his wealth, leading to an intense closeness between them, with Ae developing feelings for Pete beyond friendship. However, Pete tries to ignore his own feelings for Ae to spare him from potential ridicule. Despite this, Pete falls deeper in love with Ae, who initially wasn't aware of his own attraction to men until he met Pete.

The way Ae's feelings for Pete gradually develop is beautifully portrayed, and their journey from friendship to romance feels genuine and touching. The scene where Pete comes out to his mother is particularly emotional and resonated with me deeply.

Yet, I found it puzzling that while Ae and Pete's story was well-developed, the side characters seemed to be stereotypical and messy tropes, which detracted from the overall experience.

To add to my mixed feelings, Perth's ex-manager's actions behind the scenes caused disruptions that ultimately affected the series' ending, leaving me dissatisfied.

In conclusion, Love By Chance is worth watching if you're drawn to the beautifully portrayed relationship between Ae and Pete. However, if you're seeking a well-rounded BL with equally strong supporting characters, you may find yourself disappointed.

Watched for Sun and Mork

Let me tell you about "Dark Blue Kiss," the captivating sequel to "Kiss Me Again." When I first watched this series, it was Gawin's impressive acting in "Not Me" that drew me in. While many fans adore Pete and Kao, I found myself more intrigued by the Sun and Mork storyline. Perhaps it's because I wasn't a fan of Pete in the prequel, and school BLs aren't really my thing.

The series continues the stories of Kao, Pete, Sun, and Mork. In "Dark Blue Kiss," Kao and Pete's relationship grows stronger, but they still keep it hidden. Pete's jealousy is ignited when Non shows interest in Kao, putting strain on their bond. Meanwhile, Sun begins to move on from his unrequited love for Kao and starts getting closer to Mork. Despite their clashes, Sun's seriousness helps Mork find stability, leading to unexpected feelings between them. The series explores Sun and Mork's evolving relationship, adding depth and heartwarming moments to the story.

For me, the Sun and Mork storyline with the enemy-to-lovers trope was the highlight. The character development of both Sun and Mork throughout the series was fantastic. They each had their misconceptions of one another, but as their relationship evolved, they came to understand and appreciate each other more deeply. Gawin's acting in "Not Me" made me a fan, but "Dark Blue Kiss" solidified my admiration for him.

This series stands out as a gay drama disguised as a BL, where all the main and side characters are gay. I appreciated that Sun and Mork's relationship wasn't rushed or unrealistic. Their story arc was compelling and brought depth to their relationship, making it more relatable and engaging.

"Dark Blue Kiss" is a captivating and well-crafted series that explores the complexities of love, jealousy, and self-discovery. If you enjoy meaningful character development and realistic portrayals of relationships, this series is worth a watch.

An Enemy To Lovers Must Watch

Oh, let me rave about "We Best Love"! It's a classic boys' love story in the truest sense. The beauty of this series lies in Shu Yi's journey of discovering love for the first time, while Shi De is gay. This dynamic is what makes it a genuine BL and not just a regular gay drama. The unrequited love trope, with Shi De relentlessly pursuing Shu Yi despite his one-sided feelings, adds a captivating layer to the story.

The way Shi De's feelings evolve throughout the series is heartwarming and heart-wrenching at the same time. He is willing to do anything just to be a part of Shu Yi's life, even if it means being just an enemy in Shu Yi's eyes. Their emotional connection is beautifully portrayed, showcasing the complexities of one-sided love.

The story takes an intriguing turn when Shu Yi discovers Shi De's feelings for him, leading to a gut-wrenching confession after being ghosted by Shi De. I couldn't help but empathize with Shu Yi and his emotional journey, which had me shedding tears like cutting onions by the barrel.

As the series unfolds, we are treated to a beautifully crafted side couple story between Shuo Yi and Zhen Xuan, which turned me into an ardent side couple fan. And let's not forget about the charming bartender, Alex, who left me feeling shortchanged after witnessing his captivating presence in "My Tooth Your Love."

The ending left me feeling all sorts of angry as it left the door open for season 2. "We Best Love" is a true gem among BL series, with its compelling storyline, heartfelt emotions, and unforgettable characters. If you haven't watched it yet, you're in for an emotional rollercoaster that will leave you wanting more. This series is an absolute must-watch for all BL fans!

Korean School BLs Hit Different

Let me just gush about "Semantic Error" because Korean university BLs are on a whole different level compared to Thai university school BLs, and this series proves it. The distinction between Korean and Thai BLs adds an exciting element, especially when we don’t have to suffer engineering students, which we see too often see in Thai BLs. I mean, seriously, where are all those engineering degrees when it comes to adult office BLs? Seriously, ugh!

And can we talk about the two fantastic BL tropes in this series? The enemy-to-lovers dynamic and the height difference between the characters are simply perfect. It's like they knew exactly how to tug at my heartstrings! I even read the unfinished webtoon before watching the series, and I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive about the adaptation. But boy, did "Semantic Error" prove me wrong! This is one of those rare instances where the series surpasses the webtoon in every aspect.

Chu Sang Woo, a junior computer science major, is all about reason, rules, and doing what's right. His life takes an unexpected turn when he decides to take all the credit for a group project after his teammates abandon him. This decision unwittingly affects Jang Jae Young, a design major and the college's superstar, whose academic prospects are now in jeopardy. As they are forced to work together, a strange attraction begins to blossom between them, leading to an engrossing and emotional journey.

Despite being a short series, "Semantic Error" is brilliantly executed. The acting and chemistry between the actors are top-notch, making it one of my all-time favorite Korean BLs. Every time I rewatch it, I wish I could experience it again for the first time. And if you're a casual watcher, you might have missed some added scenes from the movie version, but as an avid fan, I appreciate every little detail.

In conclusion, "Semantic Error" is a delightful gem in the world of BLs, and its captivating storyline and outstanding performances make it an absolute must-watch. If you haven't seen it yet, you're in for an unforgettable treat.
