2019: Your Choice

This one right here, is one of my all-time favourites. 

I might be exaggerating, but honestly I really loved and enjoyed this drama. It was something different. The lead is a killer and the female lead is an agent, and they fall in love with each other.

Loved the plot, the story and the twists. The actors were good and the story was faster paced which is another reason why I love it. 12 episodes is enough, even though I wouldn't mind this series being 20 episodes.

They gave us an ending that I, personally didn't expect. When it ended I was teary eyed and with my mouth open staring t my screen... I really expected a happy ending.  But I think it as for the best, it's more logical that it ended that way as he still is someone who murders people.

I truly recommend watching this one... if you love crime, action, murder, a little romance and melodrama. 

For me it is a very great drama, one of the best of 2019 and one of the most underrated of 2019! :/

Another gem, that I watched too late.

I finished and found this drama in 2020, and I am glad that I did. It is a series you don't expect to like but somehow you end up loving it more than you think.

The actors, *chef kisses* they did an awesome job portraying their roles. I found new favourite actors/actrice's because of this drama. Beginning this series with low expectations only than to be hooked till the end is what I call a fucking great drama. 

It wasn't slow nor too fast it was great and I binged it in 2 days as I wasn't bored. 

Apart from laughing at those hilarious scenes, I also really felt their pain which means I also cried lots. They really made me feel empathy with them, like wow. 

I don't know what else to say than... watch it!

It's fucking worth it... It is one of the best and one of the underrated of 2019.

Again underrated because 2019 was a year were lots of famous actors and actrices got new dramas.

This is one of the best of 2019!!

The plot, the acting, the cinematography, the ost, the action.... just phenomenal. 

I mean Suzy has always been my personal favourite actress the same with Seung-Gi. Both are amazing actor/actress so  them being in one series, makes the drama even better. 

The romance between them came slowly and then all at once. And I'm glad that they kept the romance in the background and  the action in the foreground. 

I also cried with just the first episode and that alone makes it even better (as I mostly cry in the later episodes).

I first didn't want to watch this because I personally like romance and drama more but this one changed my mindset. Because of this one, I now watch more action than romance as it makes the drama less boring (again my opinion).

Also, I'm waiting for the second season, because I know they did not just leave us/me hanging there with that ending. 

LOVE this one.

Everything is great with it... when it first came out I was obsessed I watched it every time it came out with missing a beat.

The lies that were told was not my favourite part, but the way he discovered the truth and how she just cried and apologized. The look on his face... the pain was so clearly to see in their own eyes and that made me decide how great their acting is and how is the lead man not in more dramas???

I cried a lot with the main leads, both have struggles, but they both silently gave each other support.

The second lead couple were hilarious... 'Veronica Park speaking" loved the comedy in this series. I laughed a lot.

Really great drama, highly recommend but sadly it is kinda underrated as it was pushed aside from other dramas with 'more popular' actors.

IT IS ONE OF THE BEST OF 2019

This one... this one is a gem. 

It is great acting, cinematography, ost, story. It was great!! One of the best.

But again, it also kinda lost my attention along the way even though I completed it.

I cried a lot and laughed a lot, but in between that all I was a little bored. Everything went too simple. I mean it's about North Korea for God’s sake. It shouldn't be that easy to cross borders.

But the great acting and all the other things happily overshadowed those parts.

I love the cast, everyone had great chemistry with each other, 

I can see why this one is one of the best of 2019!

I'm still sad for the 2nd couple that didn't get their happy ending.

This story truly is a melodrama.

It made me cry like what the fuck... it' also a drama that I don't watch normally, but I ended up  watching it because I was bored and found the stroyline quite interesting, and it truly was.

Even though at some moments I just wanted to skip it as it was dragging, I still continued watching it because of the story and actors. This drama is also a bit mature (not that mature ;)) so for those who don't like that I wouldn't watch it.

I'm glad I did, not only were the roles so sad and painful, I could actually feel empathy for them and cry with them. All the hospital people that sadly died, damn that really made me cry especially that little boy. *sigh* 

I highly recommend it when you want a calm but sad but heartwarming but mature drama. Another underrated drama... :/

Wow...

L's acting improved so much and I'm so glad that I watched this one. 

It surely was a melodrama, as I cried so much. The leads love for each other is truly heartbreaking. But somewhere in between I lost a little interest, which is why dropped it for a bit.

I'm glad that I resumed watching it though... it really was worth it.

I don't have much to say about this one other than how great the ost was, I literally downloaded every song. Especially Oh My Angel from Chai, when this ost came it just made me emotional.

I highly recommend if you want a melodrama but still humour, fantasy and romance.

One of the best of 2019!

I didn't watch it all.

It was good acting, great ost, awesome cinematography but it was boring and slow. It was difficult for me to watch, I was often on my phone or just skimming through it.

The leads had great chemistry and the supporting cast was also great, but sadly it wasn't my type of series. 

It is still one of the popular dramas of 2019 though.

I watched until episode 12, then I just went through it with a lot of skipping.

This one had a lot of potential because of the chemistry between the leads, like wow!

I felt as if I was disturbing them and that just shows how great their acting was.

But the story itself... it was okay but it just dragged on. I was easily bored and even though the romance was good, it still fell short for me.

And again this series was also popular, but it wasn't catching my attention enough. :/

I completed it with a lot of time in between.

The cast and leads were of course great. Love the fact that the two from Goblin at least got their happy ending in this drama.

But... it dragged. It wasn't boring in the beginning but then from episode 10 it became a bit slow.

The series is still great, but isn't the greatest if you're looking for a great plot with kind of more matured leads. This is a more light-hearted series that is more if you are done with all the heavy stuff.

It was okay and you could see it as a popular drama of 2019.

I dropped this one.

I love Jinyoung's acting, it was great. The other actors were also great, the brother had amazing facial expressions wow...

But the plot was dragging on and on, it wasn't even enjoyable to keep watching because it was too long. So I only watch 'till episode 8-9.

Also, the 'psychometric' thing wasn't really making sense to me, I understand what they were trying to do but it didn't really deliver well with me. I thought it would be like the series 'Memorist' that just came out.

I wouldn't say it is the most popular one of 2019 but it had it's impact.

I completed this one with a lot of on-holds in between it. 

I love… Love high school dramas. I just saw this series and just watched it, without reading the synopsis. Bad mistake, I was so confused about the plot that I had to read it and watch the trailer before finally understanding about it was.

I never saw such an idea and I applaud the writer for coming up with something so complicated yet brilliant. I sadly had a major second-lead syndrome and felt so bad for Baek-Hyung. 

The leads were also great but it was a cliché, which is why I was still hoping for Baek-Hyung and Dan-Oh. *Sigh*

It was a great drama loved the twists in it even if sometimes the plot was going a little slow, which is why I dropped it for a few months before resuming and ending it.

The last episode was kinda surprising, I didn't expect that they would end it like that. It was beautiful how they still end up recognizing each other even in another webtoon.

This is surely one of the best of 2019!

I'm still waiting for season 2... come on Netflix *sigh*.

This was watched in 1 day, I binged it since there are only 8 episodes.

I'm in love with how quick everything went, because I'm easily bored. The plot went quicker, the same with the romance between the leads (?). 

Also, I'm still not sure with whom she will end up with? I'm silently hoping for her ex, but lots are saying it's with the boy that has a crush on her.

It was a really great drama (also bc of my love for high school dramas)

I don't think it was the best of 2019, as there are even better dramas with even better acting. But it surely is one that would be seen as popular.
