personal feel good jdramas

i remember watching this show like 10 years ago (hint: i was like 10) and loving it

rewatching it in my 20s was so satisfying and nostalgic

its still one of my favorite couples and also you really cant get these weird 4D characters outside of old jdramas

i love romance and this has it? i rewatched it once and i will probably rewatch it again because honestly its just so simple and cute

one of the first jdramas i watched and it introduced me to sato takeru, who is honestly my favorite actor in jromances

he is so cute in this TT

this was actually the first show i ever saw him in and he did amazing

i love me some morally gray but actually has a heart male leads

this one is just fun~ the romances in it are great and there needs to be more stories about older ladies please

im happy that there are more stories about romance between guys that doesn't have like sex or kissing scenes... give me more stories with other kinds of love languages in them please~

i just love famous people falling in love with ordinary people

however in this one! the romance is so freakin good i do not know why and i do not care to know why because i will keep enjoying it

comedic bls get so much hate and what not but like not everything has to be angst and this is one that just makes me happy

tanaka kei plays an idiot and he does it well and i love him

even though the ML actor is problematic (did he and yamashita get cancelled? im not sure)

i loved this manga even tho it ended really wildly, this show just is so good

also its just weird to think that they are playing high schoolers? right...? did they age them up for this? time for another rewatch ig

i rewatched this when i heard the MLs got married irl so 

its still as cute and wholesome as i remember it

its just sweet short and simple~

a story you could only find in japan

but man is it freakin good

and like its wholesome to an extent

he is amazing in this (although i would love to see him play as a puppy-like character)

workplace romance just hits differently tho

but add in actual believably second love interests and focus on the workplace

simple high school love with a fun gimmick such as the main love interest that wears a paper bag 24/7 truly unconditional love lol

i watched the anime in parts on youtube oof

i just need simple love stories with a little bit of angst

it always makes me hungry but its just so happy

older woman/younger man romance stories are really popular in japan i think

i think its because it switches up the typically power imbalance between the leads and i am here for it

strong business lady that is weak to romance oh boy

i love my child, innocent kahoko 

she is so cute and needs to be protected but also like not that protected (chill kahoko's mother)

high school students have one concern during breaks and that is love

honestly these kids are so cute

i wish i could learn more about these kids even tho this is like a weird prequel/set up to the movie

japan really does a good job at saying f*** gender and i am here for it~

it is disgusting for a teacher to love their student but goddamn does japan love this set up

imo the FL really didnt have any other choice

even tho it is accepted? in japan for the cousin choice the dude just wasn't it

and the classmate from hs wasn't all that great either (although i love the actor~)

the student ig was the best... and yes i am biased

this just has something that the korean version just doesn't have

all the actors in this are iconic and lovely and wonderful and they made this adaptation so good

(the netflix anime version was awful not even anime just a money grabber)

i love when cold characters fall in love unwillingly with the sunshine character
