It has been praised by critics, praising its cinematography, writing, acting, and plot. You can watch the whole movie(with English subtitles) here. Honestly, I really enjoyed the film because it really showed you that great leaders aren't always visible at first glance, sometimes what they believe in is reason enough. 

Part historical and part fantasy, these 165 episodes tell the story of a pre-colonial
fictional Philippine princess born out of wedlock to a tribal chief and his slave. She has a snake for a twin, causing her to be known as the chosen one who will stop an evil chief's tyrannic rule. This tells the true story of Philippine president Manuel L. Quezon's plot to shelter German and Austrian Jews escaping from Nazi Germany pre-World War II, while also dealing with a relapse of tuberculosis. I was surprised at the story it conveyed because not many knew about it. The director did a good job of telling the story

twenty-episode historical period drama series about the life of our national hero Jose Rizal. One of the most enjoyable tv series, in the Philippines, in my opinion, because it blends history, gorgeous costumes, and good values, though some may beg to argue. As for my reason why I included this, well get ready for catchy songs, beautiful costumes, and a good story
