Japanese BL ❤️️

Another 'must watch' among the fandom, Cherry Magic appears a lot of fav lists. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed it, it's very soft...like super soft, but the side couple, was....bad. I highly recommend giving it a go, especially if you're new to the BL genre it's nice gentle ease-in, or 'popping your cherry'

Funniest opening ever, and the meta concept is hilarious. Manic energy that carried the series through.

Still utterly chaotic, and the opening was absolutely dead....but it wasn't quite as good as the first series.

This was so well done. It's got a very yaoi sort of feel to it, but just so well shot, highly recommend it.

Just a soft, sweet coming-of-age story.  Aoki is so relatable,  such a chaotic soul.

If you want somthing emotionally devastating....it has a happy ending, but just a punch in feels and a fantastic cameo (but I won't tell you who)

So many perms.....it's ok, not my favourite watch, but not a huge time commitment.

One of the first BL's I ever watched, I loved the manga and this was sort of tragically beautiful.

So soft, the JBL's are all about soft and innocent, the last episode was a little strange though.

LOVED LOVED LOVED it's so nice to see an 'older' couple. The visuals of this are fantastic, it feels so soft and just sweet.

This one lost me halfway through, it dragged more then I wanted it too. The end was surprising, I thought it was going to take a different turn.

Super soft, unproblematic,  not one I'll revisit anytime soon but if you're in the mood for fluff.

JBL's have an odd chaos to them sometimes and this is deff one of them what a random series but super cute, if a little cliche on the plot.

I knew this one was going to ruin me from the opening episode, prepare your heart for this but it's absolutely beautiful top 5 JBL's for sure.

This was a pleasant surprise of a series, and that ending was everything I needed in life. Not to mention the skinship was natural.

Just as good as season one, just a gem.

SPICY

Had mixed feelings on this one, I don't want to ruin this but the emotional toll is no joke.

Not explicitly BL more implied, but I did love the chemistry.

One of my top JBL's of 2023, if you want a soft watch that won't take an emotional toll on you this is the one.
