It’s the weekend and I’m lazy. Boneless pork chops rubbed with a little olive oil and mushroom garlic seasoning then into the air fryer. Served a simple side of pasta salad (rotini pasta with zesty Italian dressing, shredded mozzarella & cheddar cheese, chopped broccoli and sprinkled with salad supreme seasoning.)
For some days now I'm just surviving on sandwiches, raw nuts & bits of cheese for protein, some fruits when I can, and oat flakes with almond milk - it's been hectic 'cause work for the (summer) season just started!!!
