Dental work today so something easy:

Heated up black beans from yesterday.  Made rice with Herbs de Provence & Bay.  Steamed some broccoli until it was tender. Ba da bing ba da boom!

Chicken briyani, vindaloo and salad

Amakuchi kare, with brown rice, umeboshi and oolong tea :)

Roasted sweet potatoes with herbs, French green lentils and sautéed kale, onions, peppers, and yellow squash. 

Homemade cheese korokke, gyoza !

Eating Spicy Chicken Ramen while I add to the DB.  

dumped pizza sauce, some garlic 'dust', chickpea rotini and chicken in a pot with a bit of water. it was/is edible. leftovers when i get up

Idli and Sambar

Idlis are steamed lentil cakes and sambar is a savoury soup win which you dunk the idlis in..Tastes heavenly!!
