Dough-less "orphani" spinach pie, sautéd "caviarites" wild mushrooms with rosemary (these are a variety of local rare wild mushrooms that are -- I think -- kind of similar to truffles, an uncle of mine finds them maybe once every 2 years & gives us a plate's worth of them when he does), poached eggs, country black bread, cabbage salad (cause we only had cabbage left).
