Black beans, baby kale and tomato salad, pan fried sweet potatoes and onions with sage and thyme

“Melted” zucchini and garlic tossed with angel hair pasta, Parmesan and red pepper flakes

I made a sandwich. Turkey and colby jack on wheat.

Today I will have the same as yesterday.

Dumplings with cottage cheese, apple and cinnamon.

Pancakes with yogurt, honey & cinnamon.

For Easter we had chicken and dumplings with carrots.   And chocolate for dessert,  haven't had any in 6 weeks.  ^^
