Ding Xian stops a theft. Zhou Si Yue teaches Ding Xian how to play billiards. Ding Xian's mom gets mad that she's choosing to study science.

i want to slap the mom, she is soooo infuriating, what do you mean xianxian can't cut her hair or choose whether she wants to do science or liberal arts. yes, her choice is dumb because she's better at arts, but it's still her choice to make. the mom is so toxic and annoying... she won't even buy her kid new glasses, and tells her to sit elsewhere instead. Or that she doesn't need friends and that she should focus on her studies, like why would you want your kid to be completely lonely??? this isn't caring, it's abusive.
