Didn’t think it was gonna be good, but wow I was wrong!
I went into this show with little to know expectations. I didn’t know the actors, it only had 8 episodes, and overall I was not loving how the plot was described on here. I must have been bored one day, because I did end up starting it out of curiosity. It turned out to be nothing like I expected at all. What I initially thought was the plot was not exactly the case, it took me by surprise. Within the first episode alone I noted how good the acting was. Not only that, but once I got to episode 2 I was shocked to see how well the actors portrayed completely different characters. Every single character in this series felt unique, I found it hard to pinpoint similarities. That really goes to show how good the acting was.
This series has everything. From happy relationships to tragedy. I haven’t cried over a series as much as this one in so long. Bring tissues lol
I was also skeptical at first, since in the first two episodes the characters aren’t intimate with each other, but it all made sense later on, despite me thinking that the actors weren’t gonna be good at those types of scenes. Actually, I thought they were really well done. It felt like art to me, especially the cinematography throughout the whole series. Every moment that was supposed to be emotional really hits you, unlike some other bl series where the music and sound effects ruins it all. This series has none of that, but in a good way.
Out of all of the series that have aired so far this year, I would definitely put this one in my top 3 without a second doubt.
If you are hesitant about watching it, just go for it! Either way, it will be worth the watch!

The best BL series of 2024 to me!!!
Normally, I don’t review movies, but Every You Every Me (EUEM) is so amazing that I wanted to share my thoughts with others who’ve also watched it.For me, EUEM brought a whirlwind of emotions. Some people said they felt a bit confused in the first few episodes, but I didn’t. I understood their story, the intentions the director and screenwriter wanted to convey, right from the very beginning.
The way the story is built and how everything connects in this series is completely unlike any other BL films I’ve watched. It’s creative, unconventional, and the result of incredibly serious hard work by the production team. I could feel this very clearly when comparing EUEM’s approach with other films. It’s meticulous, focused on the audience’s emotions and the actors’ performances—filmmaking in the truest sense of the word, not relying on gimmicks or techniques like many other entertainment films today.
As for the actors, it’s been a long time since I’ve seen such natural acting and genuine chemistry. Top and Mick did an excellent job throughout, portraying each character so authentically and beautifully that it was heart-wrenching. Each character is a completely different persona, a distinct personality. The two of them brought these characters to life, allowing the audience to empathize, laugh, and cry with them.
On a personal note, I really, really like Mick. His characters can be incredibly adorable at times and strikingly masculine and gallant at others—all in the most natural way. It doesn’t feel like he’s acting; it’s as if he’s truly become Dol, First, X, Blue, or Inn. I don’t know if anyone else noticed, but Mick’s crying scenes are stunning. In Episode 4, when X cried, I felt like I was breaking along with him. The same goes for Episode 8. Whether he’s crying out of sadness or joy, Mick’s emotions are so raw and genuine. I truly hope Mick will have more projects soon because his acting is just that natural.
I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend Every You Every Me! It’s phenomenal. Watch it—you won’t be disappointed!

Gorgeous, romantic, heart wrenching.
I loved this story so much. I thought the acting was well done; the story was heart wrenching and lovely at the same time. I think the idea was interesting and I felt satisfied once I reached the end. Sure, at first I was a little lost, and I think including some extra scenes of the whole meta plot idea would have helped and also given the ending all that more satisfaction, but overall, I really enjoyed watching this series.Esta resenha foi útil para você?

Unique concept with dynamic actors
I HAD to write a review. I initially started it after seeing an edit of the 1st episode. It was an impulse and I'm glad i gave this series a chance. It was so refreshing to see the actors doing different roles in every episode. The actors had completely different roles with different personalities each episode and they totally nailed it. I really immersed myself in their acting it felt so real
Overall i liked, no i loved how unique concept this series has. The script writers really thought out of the box while writing this. I have full stars for everything. The ost sung by SIN isn't leaving my head.
This series has left an impact on me. I'm so glad i chose to watch this series. Great job to the whole team

Crazy acting
I liked episode 2 a lot more! Better acting and better executed. Didn't feel rushed like the first episode.I didn't know they were going to be an anthology. I was so shocked at how fast the first one moved, I was thinking, "there's nowhere to go with this series now," but I'm really enjoying it now and I don't usually like anthologies. (though I have a feeling that the story in episode three will carry out for more than one episode. Maybe for the rest of the series which is an interesting directing choice.)
HOLY SHIA, I HAD NO IDEA IT WAS THE SAME ACTORS!!!! THEY WERE INCREDIBLE. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CHARACTERS. I AM BLOWN AWAY. INDESCRIBABLY BLOWN AWAY. Mick seemed much older than Top in the first episode (he was literally playing an older character), but I was completely sure Mick was younger in the second episode (as should be the case because the character he was playing was the fresh-faced newbie to the older boss that was Top). (and here I was earlier complaining at the lack of diversity in acting with BL main leads that get used over and over with little variance to their characters. I have been corrected). Coming back 5 minutes later to give accolades to their makeup artists and hairstylists who have also really helped make the actors' transformations.
I liked episode 3, too. I feel like Mick doesn't have a large enough range of expressions to play X very well, but Top!? He has done another huge shift in character and is playing the sultry Namping like they didn't just play a brooding, overbearing, gruff, masculine CEO in the previous episode. It shows such versatility in acting that I want to send him to the grammys. He had also done a complete transformation from Ep 1 to Ep 2 as the free-loving, slightly immature and forthright Sun. I knew I had recognized Mick from somewhere, but I had no clue. NO CLUE, that Sun and Prin were the same actor. Fantastic job.
Aro REP! Surprise Kollawach Banjongleelahong's character in ep 1 says, "I don't want to be with anyone. I'm not interested in love. I can be happy without love. I hope there's a place for someone like me in this world. Sahdu!"
This is 100% Aromanticism

Episode 2 was ok
Waited the whole episode for them to get it together then when they finally did no little kiss at least. I don’t need a full nc scene everytime but I do want a kiss at least. Episode 1 was way better. With that being said I love these two great actors and I can’t wait to see the next episode it looks cute from the preview. 🥰Esta resenha foi útil para você?
