Their chemistry
I wasn’t so sure if I wanted to watch this drama at first but I gave it a chance and definitely don’t regret it! The acting from both leads and supporting actors is so good. Junho and Yoona’s chemistry is literally phenomenal and ep8 definitely proved it. Their kiss was chef kiss 🤌 It wasn’t awkward like so many kisses in kdramas, if anything it was one of the best kiss scenes I’ve seen in a kdrama before. Each episode never fails to make laugh. One of my favorite scenes was with the cop who gave Guwon (Junho) relationship advice. I look forward for the next episodes to come, Saturday and Sunday please come already 😩‼️Esta resenha foi útil para você?
Relaxing fun
Lets be honest...Lee Jun Ho is just adorable and one can just appreciate his handsomeness forever. The series is lighthearted and somehow uncomplicated which is a welcome reprieve from the highly intensive dramatic series that abound. So far at least. I am really looking forward to the rest of the series even if most of the actions are somehow predictable, but it is nice to wait for what you know may very well happen and then appreciate the moments right from the first second. If Lee Jun Ho look at me like he looks at his girl I will be lost!Esta resenha foi útil para você?
just not for me
Since this show was really talked about and had really good reviews. People raved about the chemistry between the leads so I decided to tune it. However, it didn't keep me engaged, so i stopped watching it. I planned on giving this show another chance but then the racist and offensive part became news and i found out about it and just made me lose my interest. Huge fan of Junho but I'm not vibing with Yoona's acting. Love her but girly acting is just not for me. I just don't think this show will be my cup of tea, I've seen quite a few other clips but it was just not dragging me in.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone,

uhmm not for me
To be honest, the first episode of this drama was nearly unbearable to watch. It felt incredibly awkward, with attempts at humor that ultimately fell flat. The comedic scenes came off as forced, and I found myself cringing more than laughing. I mean, that awkward silence during Cheon Sa Rang’s interview? It lingered so long that I honestly thought my Wi-Fi was acting up!The second episode was an improvement over the first, but I still didn’t develop any strong feelings about it. While the pacing picked up slightly, the issues persisted, especially with the forced comedy.
One of my biggest pet peeves is how the main leads always seemed to “accidentally” end up in the same place at the same time. For instance, in one scene, they stood just two meters apart in a hotel lobby, only to walk away simultaneously for the sake of a slow-motion effect. Then there was that moment in the park, where they were once again only a few meters apart, gazing at the same city skyline. Why that park? Is it supposed to hold some significance? There are plenty of other vantage points to enjoy the skyline! And let’s not forget the balcony scene where they were miraculously standing outside their hotel rooms at the same time.
This kind of plot device feels incredibly outdated. I could tolerate it if it happened occasionally, but not every episode.
As for the characters, I can’t offer much insight since I only watched three episodes. However, based on what I’ve seen so far, they haven’t left a lasting impression on me.
Sadly, this drama just doesn’t work for me. But if you find enjoyment in it, I’m genuinely happy for you!

It has special place in my heart. Would recommend worth every second while watching this.
"King the Land" is a delightful romantic comedy that effortlessly captivates the heart. It's a perfect blend of humor, heartwarming moments, and a touch of fantasy. The drama's engaging storyline, coupled with stellar performances, creates a truly immersive viewing experience.
The chemistry between the lead actors is undeniable. Their on-screen portrayal of love, friendship, and family is both endearing and inspiring. The supporting cast also delivers commendable performances, adding depth and nuance to the narrative.
The show's beautiful cinematography and stunning locations further enhance the overall viewing experience. The attention to detail in the production design is evident in every scene.
"King the Land" is a must-watch for anyone seeking a feel-good drama that leaves a lasting impression. It's a reminder that love can conquer all, and that even the most unlikely of pairings can lead to the most beautiful of stories.

sometimes its ok to watcha a normal drama between comedy and trauma
I admit that sometimes I pick up a drama based on review and comments and sometimes I pass one due to the same reasons, and this is one of those dramas that i ignored the reviews and comment and decided to give it a try for myself, I was coming out of a traumatic experience with Love in flames of war, topped it with a comic relief in The forbidden marriage so i wanted to find some balance or maybe i missed some Chaebol dose, adding that I might be developing some crush on Lee Junho too because i picked up another of his work after this one.So my take on this one is that it was simple story,it has been used before but this time the writer twisted it a bit with the Chaebol being the son of the second wife, who doesnt care much about the money but his mom was a servant so he has a heart of gold and he wants to save people who are working the same rank his mom was, i found that this part of the story gave the drama some soul. For him to do so he needs power and to get the power he has to get in the way of his greedy sister his sister who will go to any lenghth to stop him from taking anything.
The boy was clean, despite having traumatic childhood for being left by his mom,he went on to get his masters, though it kept him away from home but he was working behind the scenes, made connections, learnt the art of running a hotel and is one smart guy despite him looking like he was born with a silverspoon in his mouth. One of the things i like is that they didnt give us too much of business juggons like Cdramas.
The acting was good as expected from kdramas actors who have been doing it for years, the visual were visualising, the sub cast did an amazing job and the friendship between the FL and her best friends was envious, they held her till the end but personally i feel like Mr No the ML's Assistant carried the fun side of the show, the man was a comedian and he delivered each line with smoothnesss and his loyalty top notch. The healthy relationship of the leads was really well done, they solved anything coming in between them with open communication and from day one they decided that they are meant for eachother, no breakups no toxic inlaws or crazy friends' influence. And the ML spoiled rotten his FL like crazy but my only negative pick was the chemistry of the FL which was ok chemistry wise but I went back and timed the kitchen kiss,it was probably the longest kiss in all the dramas i have watched at 1 min 47 seconds,Thank you Junho but Unfortunately I have noticed that other than Seo Ye Ji,most Kdrama FLs tend to be overpowered by strong MLs in the romantic department,When acting with such fierce lead like Lee JunHo who is not afraid to go all the way,You really need to forget that you will be attending a family meeting if you know what i mean, cos these men will make a kissing scedne of an intense one seem extremily real, we the viewers are left with a whole zoo in the stomach
Overlall its a watcheable drama, might not rplay it or be stuck in my head but it was a good watch for sure

poor girl and rich man. again. bucin boy. again.
Intinya drama ini sudah memenuhi kualitas standar comedy romance dan menurut aku salah satu drama romantis terbaik. no cringe but the kisses....

A decent rom-com
The highlights:- the grandma was the best part of this show. My favorite kdrama grandma of all time.
- the romance was healthy and the plot didn't use cheap overly dramatic arcs just for the sake of it.
- I specially liked the ML's acting, also enjoyed his friend's humor.
What could have been better:
- the FL felt too flat. She had no real character development and just always felt like she was in the same exact mood all the time. I couldn't connect with her.
- some parts of the plot stroke me as too idealistic, bother-line demagogue. Some things were resolved way too easily and even though it's supposed to be a light rom-com, it still made care less about the overall story.

Not in the king level of a show but enough to land you a smile
I must say that Lee Junho and Im Yoona’s pair are top-notch. They have already shown their romantic tension ever since their Senorita exceptional performance on a music show. That’s why when the drama was announced with them as the main lead, I immediately added this to my watchlist without even knowing what the story was. Lee Junho always made his series worthy of binge-watching effortlessly seducing the viewers to fall with his character’s charisma and vibes. They never failed, although I must say that the overall impact of the show is literally not that great. It was good enough for a fun time show with its light and romance elements but they failed to be consistent. I found myself fast-forwarding some episodes and I felt only one thing that time -boring. However, the finale episode uplifts and justifies the flop of previous episodes.
I came across a comment that the show lacks plot twists yet I feel like the show doesn’t need a more dramatic kind of appeal but needs more scenes to give to other side characters. I was hoping that the flight attendant lady would be promoted already in the last episode but it didn’t happen. In general, if you’re watching a soft and fun series, this is enough for you. But if you want more dramatic actions, you will entirely feel less about it. Nevertheless, King the Land gives me a Hermes smile with their quality of producing the whole show.

I didn’t want to like this.
a friend of mine loved it, so even though romances aren’t really my thing, and especially not Cinderella stories, I started it… and never stopped. The characters were charming and the actors sold a decent but not outstanding story by committing to it 110%. The dialog was believable (and often hilarious) and the scenery was gorgeous. The male lead was enchanting! I’m not familiar with idols but I can understand why he has a fandom. I appreciated the green flags and the empowerment of the women characters. I thoroughly enjoyed this for its intent - to warm the heart. I could watch it again.Esta resenha foi útil para você?
