Hotel Manager, part of the family, meets female employee, starts to notice the treatment of the start, starts to change them, and care more, and became a hotel that treasures the staff. King the Land explored that more, "a hotel of the great employees". Male leads grow as people and managers and then

Spoils

take over. Male lead is very romantic, soft and kind to female character and to others, very light and sweet, with hotel aesthetics.

First of all, both Male leads are wealthy heirs to a big company. Second of all both female leads work very closely with the male leads. Both dramas have male leads who are narcissistic chaebols who suffer from the trauma of trusting people and both female leads are strong hard working trusting leads.

Other Similarities:
Both fit the poor woman, rich man trope.
Both Male leads start off badly with the female lead but end up falling first and harder.
Both aren't strict with just office/business settings.

Strong Woman Do Bong Soon is one of those "you must have watched" dramas that most people get into first. (Basically, a beginner drama most people have watched). It's also very unique from traditional office romances because of the crime and supernatural elements. It's one of those comfort dramas that leaves you with such incredible satisfaction.

A light romantic comedy with a lovable ML. The ML falls for the FL first and tries his best to win her heart.

Both dramas feature the hotel business. The female lead is an employee who deals with different guests. There is some drama around the management of the hotel.

Hotels, wealthy arrogant isolated male leads processing family trauma , spunky competent ambitious female leads, two attempts at subverting the Cinderella storyline, one successful attempt, one decent but failed attempt, the power of the Cinderella tale in the modern age, skilful playful directing, both shows end in a similar way

Office romance. Employee and CEO romance. Enemies to lovers. ML is the son of a wealthy family. Poor woman/rich man.

Both dramas are based on hotel settings.
In Hotel King, the female lead is the heir of the hotel.
In both dramas FL and ML work together at the hotel.
Hotel King is more dramatic than King the Land.
Curiously, the word "King" is present in both dramas, and the hotel name in King the Land is "King Hotel", the inverse of Hotel King. Any hidden reason? I don't know.
