Duas Semanas (2013)

Both shows involve protecting/saving a kid and "pull at your heartstrings". It's rare for me to find shows like these but I really enjoyed both and there was a lot of suspense and twists in both.

-Both male lead go to prison although falsely charged, because of threats of harming someone close to them, if they don't admit the crime
-Both escape from prison after years

Story revolves around the child of the main leads. Thrilling, suspensful and lots of action. For this instance, the male lead involves in a battle w his former employer and has a limited time to save his sick daughter. Same theory w Kairos where the male lead tries everything he can to look for his lost daughter.

Both are action based thrillers with heart and some powerful writing. Both feature characters who were wrongfully accused and are now trying to reclaim their lives back. Two Weeks is centered around a love triangle and a kid and Thunder is centered around bromance and more male relationships.

Lee Joon Gi at his finest! It's really an amazing action drama, you don't want to miss this and the characters are just so well written.

Similar in the fact that both main leads are framed for murder (in place of something else) and that they try their best to escape and survive their predicaments in order to save/revenge their family. Who they are and are not able to trust plays a big role in their survival.

Jang Tae San works at a pawn shop by day and prostitutes himself to older women at night. One day, he's contacted by his ex-girlfriend that he is the father of her daughter with leukemia, and he's the last chance to donate bone marrow and save their daughter's life. That same day, he finds himself framed for murder but manages to escape and runs away. With nobody to trust, Jang Tae San has two weeks to try to prove his innocence and survive until his daughter's surgery.
Park Jae Kyung is a prosecutor searching for evidence to take down Moon Il Suk, the man who stabbed her father, and Jo Seo Hee, a beloved senator who is actually working with Moon Il Suk. Together with Detective Im Seung Woo, she works to uncover the truth behind the murder and its connections to Moon Il Suk and Jo Seo Hee

in both shows, the male lead escapes during a prison transport and helps people while on the run. which calls into question whether they actually did the crime they were accused of.

Both are thrilling and emotional. Two Weeks is a chase of a father desperately trying to live in order to save his daughter while Tunnel is about time travel of a detective sent to the future.

Both dramas have to do with a parent saving their child within 2 weeks/14 days..

Both of these dramas have very similar styles. It's both action packed and the main characters are both fighting to protect the people they love.

Both shows have very similar feel to them .. in both dramas the lead is framed of a murder crime .. in both shows they don't emphasize romance and rather the crime and investigations ...

Both are stories about a man doing all it takes to save a little child ..

Two Weeks also has the same type of elements of a gangster who struggles to balance is lifestyle with love.

They have similar vibes. 2weeks is an amazing thriller that gets you very emotional. If you enjoy action, that is not mindless, definitely worth a shot!
