Both dramas deal with characters with terminal illness and tragic love. Both of the characters lied to their lovers to hide their illness.

A bit similar love & heartbreak story. The FL knew that she was very ill & doesn't want to spend time alone with her sickness. When she met the ML who help her, she ask the ML to become her fake lover & she will pay them. As the process they slowly fall in love. This movie is based on Nakashima Mika song "Yuki no Hana". If you like bitter sweet romance genre I recommend to watch it.

Young ML & FL beautiful yet sad love story with so many drama & obstacles between them for them to be together. This drama based on the short mobile drama.
