logical, positive, realistic open ending -…

logical, positive, realistic open ending - Karl apologizes and even confessed (to everyone lol - well to the people that mattered) and Vlad distanced himself enough to understand where Karl was coming from and that he needed time - so his looking for him at the end, indicated that even though he didn't want a relationship that was a secret. he wasn't ready to cut him out of his life - considering the controversy i mentioning from the start of this (in my reviews) idk when and if there is gonna be a 2nd season, this was a great drama - it was about being gay and self acceptance, not only falling in-love or finding romance. shame it has been tainted by the same person who wrote it - left to be seen what will come of this. i hope there will be a second season as this is really bigger then one person....

Anti-climatic season ender is exactly what it should be to open season 2.

It's a prequel as a lot of people might forget. Perhaps the build of the story was too powerful, people assumed a powerful ending too. But it is, in an unorthodox manner. The finale paved way for the audience to be fed upon multiple endings. To which they don't need to extend their imagination. It was an in-your face approach a gift and an omen of what would becoming after this season. The alternate ending, was the promised land of the LGBT community. They were fighting over decades of suppression over their sexual orientation and gender identities. It was a simple humanitarian effort to allow everyone to love whoever they love. Would they rather make laws that allows men to kill each other in wars than men who love each other? It shouldn't be this hard to choose love.

Rightly Justified Ending

As much as I would want to have the fairytale happy ending, the series offered a realistic yet satisfying ending that is very much appropriate to the relationship between Karl and Vlad. I know that not all will agree with this view but I think that the series ended just right. True to its original goal of striving to provide an accurate representation of the LGBT community, the series enlightens everyone about the struggles while maintaining the fact that the community could also experience the same joy of love. Hoping for a Season 2 for this series because I believe Vlad and Karl deserve their love! SPOILER ALERT: I remember crying too much on the 'harana' and the 'alternate ending' sequence :(

Gaya Sa Pelikula (2020) Episode 8

To be honest, I expected much more from the finale. Episode 8 was more of a set-up episode for Season 2 than a finale episode that resolves most of the issues highlighted in the series. There were still numerous lingering issues. If it's any consolation, this season didn't really have a sad ending; only an incomplete ending. Screenplay was still very good that benefited the acting of the lead actors for this episode. All in all, audio-visuals were still awesome although quality was uneven during the phone conversations. The OSTs were perfect. Overall, while a bit underwhelming, the finale was still a good set-up episode for Season 2 which I'm very much looking forward to.
