Geum Ok barely stops Mak Nye from telling Bong Mu Ryeong that Sam Saeng is his biological daughter. She tells Mak Nye that she'd take care of her. She relays the situation to Sa Gi Jin. When Mak Nye returns home, she gets in an argument with Sam Saeng and slaps her. Sam Saeng is troubled by Mak Nye and Dong Wu, watching on, is unable to comfort Sam Saeng.
