Althought they're different, but living inside someone eles body is what links them

Similar vibe. Both involve detective work and crime/law aspects.

Just for the sake of Hacking ! also healer gives me a little vibe of ghost somehow , the ost is amazing in both and the acting is superb in both

They are completely different...but they are both written by the same writer...& both have the Murder Mystery Theme but Harvest Villa has more comedy while Ghost has is more dramatically

in both dramas the main character takes the place of another character ~ but I don't want to spoil so I won't tell you who are they ^^

Both are fast pace crime/action dramas with friendship and betrayal. Both will have you on the edge of your seat till the last episode
