The first topic was about investigating "diseases" of people on the streets. They found "Kentucky Fried Chicken Disease", "Tofu Addict Disease", and "Kebab Seller Phobia". Next was "Yofukashi Special Research" which contained finding the width of straw required to drink bubble tea from extreme heights and forcing AD Yoshida from Ep. 349 to have his hair cut in different barbershops for 12 days straight. The host were then asked to react to 5 trending words or activities among teenage girls but the hosts were completely unfamiliar with the list. After that they moved on to "unseen things" investigation which included cleaning "unlikely items" in laundromat and investigating whether it is possible not to waste stapler after refilling the staple.
