My Only Love Song is one of my favorite "time traveling to historical times" drama, and Joseon Survival has similar vibes, and they both time travel because of a car

Both are a sassy modern day actress filming a historical drama who gets pulled into the events of the drama by time travel or entering the fictional story.

I looked through recommendations and cant agree with many of them.
I think not only period drama and time travelling ones should be recommend, but show with similar mood.
So, close to this drama is the Rooftop Prince.
Both are funny, still different. Both have time travel, including mix period and modern.
I would say that humor in My Only Song is close to Waikiki, but the Rooftop Prince is just regular drama with regular plot and with lot of funny moments. In My Only Love Song plot is not the base of drama, the humor style is the base.

Both dramas have the female lead going into a world of the dramas they're working on. One is an actress the other is the screen writer. In both the dramas the main couple have a lot of misunderstanding but end up falling for each other anyway.

-The princess is in love with her Body guard
-The knight looks the same as the king in A frozen Flower
-the knight is somehow gay or Feminine
- I think its a parody or a different narrative of A frozen Flower.

Set in a similar time period. Both are more comedic sageuks but also have a story with some emotional weight. MLs are both scrappy but powerful. Sweet romance in both that is well balanced with the other storylines. My Only Love Song is a bit sillier, but they have similar tones. If you enjoyed one give the other a try!

These dramas give off similar vibes, both are mini-dramas with fantasy and romance. In both, leads don't like each other at first and bicker alot but end up falling in love.
