Lovely drama everything is just perfect ,very well executed the relationship between parents and their children ,their feelings, thoughts and expectations towards their children sometime make them(children) annoyed, coward, irritable in way that they forget to live. all the time they are in so much burden and pressure just to think how to make parents happy ,how to stand up to their expectations .
I like the dialogue when she said to her mother that all the prizes which I won I never thought that they were for me ,they belongs to you.
All the three episodes were good but I think their should be fourth episode in which they shows that all three of them reunite and happily pursuing their dreams ,how their chapter life turn up.
I like Jisoo acting the most but rest all are good .As it is small drama so cannot seen much in the acting.

This story is sweet and funny and definitely could have been longer. Jisoo does well with his role as an injured athlete who gives up his dream of the Olympics to learn piano. Soo Hyun isn't great at playing a blind girl, but she isn't the worst I've seen either. The triangle of three kids learning to find themselves and discover their dreams and plan their futures in the face of frustration is believable and enjoyable. Would have enjoyed a few more episodes to grow the romance between the the boys.

The most memorable short drama

• Story? I like this plot. That's good, incredible and amazing. The first eps intrigued me, and wanted to keep watching until the end. There is a message for life, very good. After watching this I want to be a pianist lol. The story is cool, but it's a shame that there are only 3 eps. I hope there's a season 2

• Acting/Cast? All roles act well in this drama. I like kim so hyun she is act very well, and other main role to, act good too

• music? I like it

• rewatc value? Must! Because the story is funny so it's not boring to watch again!

living your dreams as opposed to the dreams of someone else

Very short at only three episodes, but they managed to pack a lot in that time. I like these actors (though Ji Soo tends to overact) and they showed very good progression of the characters.

As far as overbearing mothers are concerned, I really felt for the FL. When what you do is never enough, how would that make you feel? When you are living your life based on someone else's expectations, how empty that must feel.

I didn't buy the rapidity with which Ji Soo's character learned to play the piano, but again, with the short number of episodes, it was necessary.

I don't know if this drama was hyped or not but it deserves the hype if ever. The drama is only 3 episodes but it told so much than what it could cover. It's really a great drama with actors that well portrayed their roles/characters.

It's not romance which is a plus for me. The growth of the characters shown in the drama is well executed as well. The female lead carried the drama so well. She was so good, her emotions is there and as a watcher I felt that.

I liked the ending, and I understand why everything happened the way it did.

A really nice series that I wished was a little longer.... i.e. full length. The actors and actresses made this show into a gem. I loved watching them all, especially the 2 young leads.

The subject matter dealt with... life, the uncertainty of the future, disability, friendship, accepting help, giving help, parent-child relationships, whether to stick to your talent or walk a more practical path... this drama was full of more and more good messages.

It helped that the drama was short and tight. There was no room to drag. The ending my not be for everybody. Some seemed to like it, some seemed to hate it. I didn't like it too much, but I didn't mind. It was practical and realistic. What wasn't realistic is that we never got to see the fall out from that big, abrupt finale. Also, who became the award winning pianist? Which one of them, or all 3 of them? The ending just left questions. There should have been at least a 5 minute epilogue (a real epilogue and not a recap of scenes as they like to do in kdrama) explaining what happened after. But I could also understand the way it ended. We saw a little glimpse into their lives and then we left it just as abruptly as we came in. Slice of life literally, I mean.

The music was wonderful to listen to, the acting was superb, the story was lovely.

Short, simple and sweet drama

A wonderful little gem. It's only 3 episodes, and it's easy to think that this could've continued for 15 more episodes, but I'm glad how short and simple it was. Part of the problem with longer dramas is that there are often unnecessary and annoying scenes to just fill up time. Not with Page Turner, because it compacts the perfect amount of story in 3 hours, with a great beginning, middle, and very memorable and emotional end.

There's no romance to speak of (but plenty of cute scenes), but the characters are all well fleshed out, and well-written. In fact, I can think of much longer dramas which have way less character development found in Page Turner. Of course, there is a strong focus on music, specifically the piano, so the soundtrack is great. Anyone who is interested in music should watch this. The acting is on point from all 3 mains, and the side-characters. I researched the two male leads, and found out that they have barely had any main roles. This needs to be changed ASAP!

The only "negative" is that it is a very simple story, so anyone who wants something very complex and intense may not like this. But this is not a negative from my opinion - the only reason why I personally didn't' give this a 10 is because I only like to give 10s to longer and more complex shows. Also, there isn't a ton of rewatch value, because once you watch it once and enjoy it, that's probably it. However, there might as well be a 10 because there are hardly any flaws.

Finally, the lessons in this drama are so relatable, and I'm sure there are millions of people around the world who have gone through similar experiences - particularly children's relationships with their parents, and how parents can sometimes push their children too much. This is a great drama which teaches that you should do what you want to do, and the joys that can bring into your life. It also shows the wonderful aspects of friendship, and supporting each other. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to watch something short, simple, and very sweet.

"Like a page turner who turns music sheets, they aid the performance in the closest place, and do their best to make the performer shine."
A beautiful, heartwarming drama that was able to do so much in only 3 episodes. Amazing. Page Turner was funny, sweet, emotional and it conveyed so much feeling and depth to me. The end had me smiling while crying, which is weird because I don't usually do the two together.
The characters were really great since each was different but in some way they were relatable (at least, to me they were). At first I was kind of annoyed at the main girl but I didn't hate her, but after a while I managed to understand her and even admire her. Cha Shik (sorry for spelling mistakes) was funny but also determined and energetic which I really liked, and the actor did a great job of naturally portraying this character.
The ending was nice, though I wanted just a tiny bit more. It was definitely a good ending compared to others (many) I've watched, but I feel like the directors (or whoever) should have just added a bit more of the story to completely wrap it up. Of course I understand that this is a 3 episode drama so it's totally fine with me.
I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to watch a short, funny and heartwarming drama as a break from those long and dramatic shows.
If you're going to give it a go, then do enjoy!

If you're looking for something different than Jisoo's usual tragic broken puppy role, this is the drama special for you. While Jisoo's character does suffer a tragedy that ends his sports dreams, his character is an upbeat optimist who works hard for the things he wants and looks for a new dream to pursue. The drama has some of the usual drama tropes; over-bearing parents, competitive classmates, etc... but overall it feels fresh and sweet. There was definitely more story to be told about these characters and we would have been more than happy to watch an 8-12 episode drama delving more deeply into their lives.

Found this on on Tiktok, came for Kim So Hyun, continued to watch for Ji Soo.

This was a cute and quick short story drama about three students who lives were forever changed by one another, each finding their own love/relationships with performing the piano. Yoo Seul was born a prodigy, but hated performing due to the intense pressure her mother put on her. Jin Mok loved playing the piano, but was always told he would amount to nothing by Yoo Seul, her mother (his old piano teacher) as well as his father, and always came in second to Yoo Seul. Cha Sik was an aspiring Olympian, but after an accident, he wanted to feel closer to his birth father and decided to take up the piano.

All teenagers went through their own trauma, but when Cha Sik came into their lives, he helped unknowingly reignite Yoo Seul's passion for the piano as well as put Jin Mok in a position where he got praise from the people he always wanted reassurance from. I love love loved Cha Sik;s positive energy, as he always made every situation into a positive one, and always put 110% into his goals, either is be learning the piano in a short amount of time, or proving to Yoo Seul that she had made teh right decision trusting him to be her eyes. I loved that even though Cha Sik was going through his own internal struggle with his dreams taken away from him, he saw Yoo Seul's new reality, and wanted to help her out, to hopefully bring a smile to her face. I don't think there was an evil bone in his body, and always did everything for others, even though Jin Mok thought he was this loud mouthed selfish guy, and I cried at the end when we finally saw him breakdown.

I loved the ending, and I understand why everything happened the way it did. It gave everyone their own version of a happy ending, but I would be lying if I said that what Cha Sik gave up didn't mess with my heartstrings. But at the same time, I also don't think he really gave up anything, but in turn gave two other people an opportunity to fall back in love with the piano again, but on their own terms and together.

But with that, I had so many questions about the ending. Like did Yoo Seul every figure out who she was performing with? And based on that answer, what were the relationships of everything after that? I wanted a classic happy ending, knowing that everyone was together and happy, but instead we got a different version of a happy ending. Satisfying, but because I fell in love with Cha Sik, I wanted to know what happened to him and if he got his version of a happy ending. Did he get into music school or is piano now more a hobby? Is he still Yoo Seul's aid? Are Yoo Seul and him still friends after she found out what he did, or was that information never disclosed? and if it wasn't, what of Jin Mok and her's new relationship? Not saying that the ending we got wasn't satisficing, but it left so many open ended questions...but I guess his lie wouldn't have been as bad as the lie his mother told him in order to motivated him to play the piano...because that was rough.

I can't describe how good this drama is. Only 3 episodes, and yet it feels like I've watched 20!

OST-
I didn't pay much attention to it. But the piano playing was awesome.

ACTING-
Everyone did great job, mother did a good job at trying to protect her daughter yet being greedy at the same time. The main actress did well, her emotions were very visible and you couldn't help but pity the character. The main actor was great, yet somehow I was leaning towards Ji Soo more.

PLOT-
The plot is so great. It show the lowest points one could be, and what pressure can do to you. It shows how teens aren't as rock hard as they let others believe. The mother character is very fascinating, the actress brought her to life, and I love her! She's protective yet at the same time not realizing what she's doing to her daughter. The main character is very ordinary yet that's what's great! It shows her suffering and yearning to play piano and do things whilst being blind. The main lead grows from bitter to pitying and caring for her in a steady beat. The other male lead, who is led by a false claim to learn piano comes to love it greatly and help MC deal with her blindness in a most loving way! It's such a beautiful story! The ending was the most beautiful scene.

I started watching this drama with no expectation. I'm not a fan of movie with classical music concept, maybe if it is rock band I might considered it. But because Kim So Hyun and Ji Soo is here and it's only 3 episodes, just like watching a movie, I tried it. And I didnt regret it.

This drama special is heartwarming, on point and a total slice of life. It tackles about hope, dreams, talent and family. As I said before, I watched it because of the KSH and JS, but it turned out that I'm more dwell on the stories rather than the actors itself. I liked how the story kinda realistic, the way it tackles how one person loses hope and how most important people around us will discouraged us and at the same time put burden to us. I really like the inclusion of music in this drama and I'm quite surprised that I enjoyed it.

What I disliked in this drama is the part where Seo Jin Meok pray to God for bad thing and it happened. It's as if God granted wishes even if it's wrong. But anyways, that accident turned up to be a lesson to both of them. But I wish, they shouldnt just use God concept in that way or at least Jin Meok repent and have more faith to God after that incident.

But in totality, it was a good drama. I cried a lot and really enjoyed it.. Honestly I'm considering listening to classical music and watching some drama with same concept because of it.
