Both star female leads who are mythological creatures that want to become human.
the main character in the booth drama have almost the same story :D
Same main actress, same writer, both deal with the aftermath of an important person's death
Its GTO back in action but this is season 2 of the 2012 one . It has the same atmosphere but I think is a bit darker .
In Nagareboshi, the male lead marries the female lead so that she will be a donor for his sister while in Platonic, the female lead marries the male lead so that he will be a donor for her daughter.
Everything else is quite different since Platonic takes a darker tone while Nagareboshi is lighter in comparison.

They have the same actress. Both of these has made me cried a lot, very touching. Their meanings are very different, but I still recommended this because both of the storylines, to me, are very good and meaningful. Even though Dong Yi is a long drama, once you watch it, it will keep you asking for what's going to happen next and you'll keep watching it until you'll know it ended. I like Dong Yi more than Iljimae, because Dong Yi is such a inspirational drama to me.
Both have a ridiculous Amnesia theme which ruined a perfect plot for many but might have made it interesting for melodrama lovers. But apart from the ridiculousness both the shows are awesome upto episode 10.
Both shows tells that they solved girl's problem except that it has gender bender show in it. I choose this becuz both shows has cute guys! Lol
Short drama where female lead plays a male in order to save her writing career
Good Doctor is another drama that has many situations that can be similar to It's Okay, That's Love. This drama may have episodes that drag, but that may only due to it being a medical drama. A good watch, however.
Although not as deep as It's Okay, That's Love, this drama also touches on mental illnesses with the leading male Seo Jae Hee. I also found myself emotionally invested with the lead and found myself wanting to cry when he did. Again, not as deep but worth the watch
Both dramas are dealing with the same time period (1930s) in time of Japanese occupation in Korea, and have very similar theme. Secret group fighting for the freedom of it's people, country and love. I highly recommend it :)
Both involve robot girls which were sent from the future. Robots were sent from the future. Storyline is very similar and also the main characters fall in love with the robots.
both movies are about homosexual relations and are directed by the same director - Lee Song-hee-il.
