Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been's horror K-movie Dark Nuns surpassed 1 million moviegoers on the sixth day of its release. 

According to distributor NEW, on January 29, Dark Nuns surpassed the 1-million-moviegoer mark.

Furthermore, the K-movie ranked first at the box office for five consecutive days from its release date January 24 to January 28 in Indonesia, where it was simultaneously released. It attracted approximately 569,690 viewers, setting the highest five-day opening score among Korean films released in Indonesia.

With its compelling storyline of determined characters struggling to save a boy possessed by an evil spirit, along with its unique setting, the film has been receiving high praise from viewers in South Korea.

Dark Nuns follows the story of people who engage in a forbidden ritual to save a boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit. It is the second installment of The Priests.
